I’ve been in Eugene for work the past couple of months, and Café Yumm has quickly become my go-to spot — I’ve eaten here almost every night! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the portions are surprisingly large for the price. It’s hard to find a place that delivers both quality and value this consistently, but Café Yumm nails it every time.
The Southwest Bowl is hands-down my favorite — packed with flavor, hearty, and always satisfying. And do yourself a favor and grab one of their chocolate chip cookies… it’s literally the size of a pancake and absolutely delicious.
On top of that, the staff here are some of the friendliest people I’ve met in Eugene. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely seem to care about their customers.
If you’re in town and haven’t tried Café Yumm yet, you’re missing out.

I absolutely love coming over on my lunch break, the food is fantastic! The atmosphere is great very welcoming. The service is excellent, staff are helpful and friendly. It’s like seeing old friends. The music selection is great too.

As much as I love Cafe Yumm, paying $12.50 for a medium bowl of mostly rice and beans is extreme. I wish I could just get a full bowl of what I am paying for. The price increases seem to be every 3 months.. (even if it’s .50 at a time!)

No greeting when ordering. Rudely asked where I work for my discount. Underwhelming experience for a usually optimistic consumer. That’s just ordering. My $12 large bowl was so under filled it wasn’t touching the lid. Looked like a small. Posting pictures. For the price and experience you should cook at home. This is the same at every location I have tried recently. Used to support but how can you with an experiences like this.

This is the third time I have ordered from this location. Every time I pay EXTRA MONEY for EXTRA MEAT. The amount of meat that I do receive is equal or less than what you would expect from a regular order. On previous orders, I have also payed for extra avocado. Either way you get 3 slices. Stop being so stingy and give people what they ask and pay for thanks.
