Cafe YOU is a magical gem! Their wraps are absolutely delicious, packed with fresh ingredients and flavor. And don’t even get me started on the pavlova – it’s the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Our waitress, Nia, also deserves a special shout-out for her incredibly bright personality, which really added to the experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!

This place is a gift to Cape Coral… an oasis in a good-restaurant-desert. I’ve tried several of their offerings (with so much more yet to try) and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Delectable, vibrant soups that delight the senses… a beautiful smoked salmon omelet… amazing sourdough toast… a super-tasty “Muscle Blast” smoothie. Seriously can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!
Their espresso drinks are a treat too! I recommend the mocha latte — the baristas’ latte art is a fun extra touch. 🙂

When we visit family we like coming here. The food and staff are awesome! We enjoy visiting when we can. Wish they had better parking tho cause we weren’t able to visit for lunch one time we were down. Sad we missed them on that visit due to parking.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! We have gone for breakfast, lunch and the Vegan Platinum Plate dinner. Everything has been fantastic! The dinner included a wine pairing as an option. Chef Sam came out at the end of the dinner and spoke to each table. You can tell he takes pride in the food he creates and serves. My husband is not vegan and he loved every dish. He said if all vegan food was this good I would change my eating habits. This picture is the beautiful matcha latte I ordered at one of our lunches. This is definitely a hidden gem in Cape Coral!

I was just looking for a gluten free place to have a good breakfast at. What I found was beyond that. I treated myself today with a quick to go order of an espresso, gf muffin (5 stars), and a loaf of homemade gf bread. Best I ever had. Food is elevated yet affordable. Looking forward to going more often. It’s a true hidden treasure as far as I’m concerned.

My friend and I had our business brunch at CAFE You and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was so warm and inviting. It’s has Gluten-free options and they are superb! My friend had the Gluten-free Banana Nut Bread and couldn’t tell it was Gluten-free. I had the Shrimp and Grits … Absolutely fantastic! The flavors were outstanding. The Pavlovas were worth the stomach room. It’s a small place but it packs a serious punch. I will be visiting again ☺️!!!

Food is good, service sucks. Order everything you want as soon as you sit down because they will never come back to check on you. I wanted to order more drinks/ bread to take home but nobody ever came back to my table. Still leaving 5 stars just like I left a nice tip even if it wasn’t deserved. I appreciate the healthy food option close to home, just wish the staff could be helpful or at LEAST friendly.
