Healthy, great tasting fare. We go pretty regularly, even though we’re not members of the Gold’s Gym. This time we had the Ronald omelette and seared salmon with salad. Highly recommend it!

We visited the location treble creek location. We really appreciate and enjoyed the warm welcome we received from Julieta. We enjoyed the delicious food and the amazing service so much that we drove a very long distance to come back here…the food is amazing and the staff is even better. I tried Cafe Vida for the first time on Sunday. I got the migas with corn cakes and fruit. The migas were delish, the fruit was fresh and the corn cakes were #awesome. This restaurant is in the front of a gym. So, it’s not ideal if you are looking for a brunch spot with ambiance. Having said that, they do have a few booths to sit in.

I feel like the most important thing to point out is Cafe Vida is literally in Golds Gym. Where it’s somewhat placed off in a corner nook, the gym music and people checking in are obvious. This fact is somewhat obfuscated, showing nowhere on their website. As a gym food spot its awesome, as a normal eatery not as much. It had a good selection but the food lacked flavor, maybe they were trying to make it too healthy. Also my eggs were overcooked and bagels unbuttered.

We’ve been to a lot of the ‘fancy’ and popular restaurants in SA and I am going to tell you that Cafe Vida was the BEST Breakfast/Brunch and Pecan Coffee in town! Hands down the best. Yes it’s at Golds Gym. The service is awesome too. Constantly checking on us and refilling our coffee. Make it a point to visit. The menu is outstanding. I had the Rolando’s Omelet. No they didn’t pay me to say this. . Sincerely the best meal we’ve had our entire trip to SA.
