Sorry my peeps but this was a less than satisfactory experience. croque monsieur was on white toast dry as the Sahara desert and NO béchamel sauce. As if that weren’t bad enough, it was cold, as was the quiche. Sorry folks but both of them are hot entrees. Please instruct staff as to how to warm up the dishes before serving. Pain chocolate was also stale. 🙂 Strike two! Then the linen napkins stank of rancid oil. Batter, yer OUT!!

The ambience is great. We wanted to try some desserts, and the only eggless option they mentioned was macroons, We ordered the lemon and vanilla flavored ones and liked them.

I didn’t get the kind gentleman’s name with a beautiful accent from Switzerland (and others places too) We had the best conversation, he told me about his family and all the wonderful places he has lived..
. And he made the BEST London Fog Tea I’ve ever had. Thank you for the wonderful service, kind sir!

The pain aux raisins was chewy, dense, and greasy. I don’t mind paying a little more for well-made pastries and breads. Unfortunately, this one was expensive and inedible. The coffee was okay.
This was a disappointing visit.

Service was underwhelming and subpar at best. Coffee was strong and they only offered a small amount of milk as pictured. Pastries were delicious and very flavorful, wish they had an option to warm. Inside cafe was relaxing and quaint with options for comfier chairs.

One of my favorite breakfast is a good French breakfast so Café Vendôme in Sandy Springs was up next to check out on my breakfast list.
Let me start off with the good The place is spotless and neat, the music they play is A+ and the big painted wall on the background of an outdoor Cafe of what I assume to be in France is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious as well.
The issue I have with Cafe Vendome is the items you see pictured here, plus a chocolate croissant, almond croissant + tip was quite expensive… and I mean overly expensive. I don’t mind paying for good food and a nice environment to eat my food in but it feels like they are high on cost just because of the area they are in. Because of this, although i would say I enjoyed their food, I can’t say I’d go back or recommend anyone to go, unless you want to easily spend almost $100 on a few items.
@ddfmariettaroswell in Roswell is still my undisputed favorite French breakfast spot
Pictured here
Croque Monsieur – It was tasty but their choice of bread was not my favorite. A little on the dry side
Ham & Cheese Croissant – Their croissants are flaky and perfect. Very good
French Toast – GREAT French toast. I think maybe it was CHALLAH bread?

Stopped in after checking out the farmers market. Nice French café. We split a chocolate almond croissant, which was very good, I definitely want to try their other pastries. I had their iced coffee, which was also good. My wife had an iced latte with oat milk, also good. I saw they have hot chocolate so when it cools down i do want to try that. They also have a variety of items outside of pastries, so if you’re in the Sandy Springs area this place is worth a visit.

Excellent high quality, freshly made pastries with a price to match. I ordered the chocolate orange cake, and it was incredible. Soft, delicate flavor balance, high quality chocolate, and very moist.
The coffee was average, but not terrible. $7 for a brewed cup (to go) seems a little like excessive.
The environment is a little noisy when crowded, so you might want to think about getting a to-go order unless you are okay with some noise.

The service and the atmosphere is great but the matcha latte leaves much to be desired. Very watered down and lack flavor. Look at the lack of color in the drink! For $8.88, I expect a good tasting drink.

Tasteless, skimpy, and overpriced. I spent $40 on two sandwiches and 1 croissant. Both sandwiches had almost no filling, and I had to add salt to give it any flavor. On top of that, my side salad was warm so I didn’t bother eating it and left hungry. I’ve heard coffee here is really good, but I won’t know because I won’t be coming back.
