This is a small Cafe. Decorated very cute in everything Red, White & Blue. The Staff were so very friendly. We were traveling and stopped. We got there a couple of minutes before they closed. They let us in to eat. We ate while they were cleaning to close. We started off with Fried Pickle Spears. They were so good and juicy. I had the Burger with Tots. The Tots were crispy, crunchy and not soggy. The burger was perfect. Great flavor, juicy. Plenty of toppings. Husband had the daily special, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli with Cheese, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Cake. The food was delicious. They never rushed us to eat. The Server came over and joked around with us. We will definitely stop by next time we travel through.

Absolutely delightful! Fun, patriotic atmosphere, refreshing drinks and well-priced food! Our waitress was very welcoming and kind, and our food was delicious! I highly recommend any of their burgers and if you’ve got a sweet tooth, their cinnamon roll will treat you well!

Breakfast – July 31, 2023. Maybe the finest example of a traditional Southern style kitchen you can find anywhere across this great country of ours. Working among a red-stool cafe appointed with patriotic accoutrements and witty signage (“if you don’t like my cooking, there are always MREs”), the ladies running the counter and serving are, to a one, attentive and sweet – even though I was toting four kids with me at a busy time of day. Food was fresh and top notch. Prices were more than fair and made feeding a family of six affordable. I was invited to breakfast before my Grandson’s Boxing Bout. It was my first time. We were greeted with a smile and kindness from Lacey as soon as we walked in, and she was also our kind, prompt and attentive server, along with our very sweet and kind Server Lori, whom remembered my Grandson from a previous visit. I ordered their Pork Chops and Eggs over easy, hashbrowns with toast, ALL cooked to perfection, everything was so delicious. The place had a Great American feel, Salute to all our Veterans. I most definitely will go back when in Louisiana.

First of all, amazing customer service! We went during lunch time but craved breakfast! I ordered a chocolate chip pancake with sausage and Cajun fries. The food wasn’t all too great but the environment itself was nice! The only thing I would say is, don’t overcook the meals. Most of what I ate was pretty dry without much flavor. I would likely come back to try out their lunch menu instead!

The old gentleman that took my order just couldn’t hear well…..besides that……DON’T ORDER THE ROAST BEEF……it’s Deli slices heated up and put on bread……it needs to be taken off of the menu, since I’ve had good food from there before

Fabulous home cooking! We Had omelette, grits, pancake, biscuit and gravy and bacon and eggs! Everything was perfect! The ham was sooo good in the omelette! They’ve been there for 21 years, family run and everyone checked in on us!
