First time for my wife and I to try Venezuelan food. This is a truly special place. The food is homemade with fresh ingredients. The woman who greeted is was also the chef. Her name is Leo. She used to be a Chef in Australia and brought special sauces and flavors to the menu. The prices are fair and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back for more!

The main chef and owner, Leo, was an amazing host and prepares the food fresh each day. A wonderful spot for Venezuelan cuisine, and friendly for those unsure enough to try new things. Ms. Leo is kind and gracious, and I really enjoy eating here. I recommend La Pelua and the Shredded Chicken arepas.

Terrible , terrible , terrible , I just arrive from Cafe Unique , sadly the only Venezuelan restaurant in Midland Texas , I paid $8 for 5 tequeños that were super small , they were cold and not good , $2 for a cup of Papelon con Limón and more than half of the cup is just ice ? Seriously? How they pretend to have more client and to even make our gastronomy known around the world with these prices ?!!! Competing with tacos in $1 , burritos at $2 ?!!!! Really disappointed , I would never come back to that place !! So sad how they are destroying our Venezuelan gastronomy , if I could give less than a start I would !! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Cafe Unique was an amazing first choice for food in Midland. VERY authentic venezuelan food and if you don’t give it a try you will truly be missing out on a diamond in this city. The wait staff is very pleasant, and the location is stylish and clean.

Long time regular! The food is absolutely delicious and the tequenos are amazing! There are a lot of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. It can be messy to eat, but is absolutely worth the mess.
