Live music, several TVs with sports, & a private parking lot are all additional great perks.
The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and the patio is a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and service was quick even though the place was busy.
Overall, it’s a great spot. I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
Cafe Telegraph – Lemay’s Official Sponsor of Food Comas (and Mild Patience Tests)
Let me start by saying: the food? Absolutely reckless in the best way possible.
The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy like it has a personality. It introduces itself, makes eye contact, and then steals your heart. The meat was sweet, juicy, and so filling I briefly questioned whether I needed to be rolled out like royalty.
That golden sauce?
That’s not sauce. That’s a life decision. I would put that on cereal. I would write it into my will.
The ranch saved the salad like a superhero in a hidden valley cape. The house dressing… it tried. Respectfully. But ranch said, “I’m him.” And it was.
Croutons were not burnt. They were… courageously toasted. Crunch level: aggressive.
Now here’s where things shifted.
After conquering Mount BBQ and entering my food coma era, I waited about 30 minutes for the check. Long enough to:
• Reconsider my life.
• Scroll every app on my phone twice.
• Consider washing dishes in exchange for freedom.
Service during the meal? Amazing. Top tier.
Checkout phase? We entered “time is a social construct” territory.
So I’m dropping it a bit because 30 minutes is 30 minutes.
Still delicious. Still filling. Still would go back.
But next time I might bring a sundial for the check.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (because the food almost convinced me to forgive everything)
We ordered smoked dry rub wings and gooey cheese dip appetizers . The cheese dip was good but the smoked wings were awesome.
Monica and I split smokes and sliced chicken breast with baked potato and baked beans.
The chicken was great! The potato was a potato and the baked beans were phenomenal!!!
If you are a wings snob, you have to come and try these!!!
