The sandwich was tasty but the bagel was a little tough to bite. The London fog was not strong enough but they may have been because it was iced. The chai however… Wow what a kick of ginger. A bit overpowering to the chai but I like it. A weird side note but I love the chairs.

I was worried the cream cheese would be too much but everything balanced out really well, the fried egg added a good balance with the avocado, bacon, and other flavors! Great little shop for a coffee and sandwich. I got their classic breakfast sandwich and was able to add a hashbrown. Anywhere that adds a hashbrown to your breakfast sandwich is a great place to eat. It was quite tasty. I also had their iced coffee, which is some type of Japanese flash brewed coffee, so the result is a smoother iced coffee somewhere between regular iced coffee and the ultra smooth cold brew. A good middle ground. Trying unique coffee is a great way to explore Philadelphia and this place should be on your list.

A takeaway style cafe with an extensive menu. We went mid-morning on a weekday and it wasn’t busy. Accommodating staff, let me switch toast for bagel, and fast service. Felt let down by plastic cutlery, and coffee wasn’t the best. Good for a quick breakfast before exploring the historic part of the city.

What an incredible little spot with amazing attention to detail! The coffee was spectacular, I got an oat milk latte and it was spot on, but the food is the real draw. I got the Eggcelent breakfast sandwich and although my friend enjoyed his sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, we both agreed that the Eggcelent was eggactly right. The writing on my coffee cup and our food bag was the sweetest touch and made my day. It’s honestly the little things that make the experience and this place has that down. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Philly!
