Great prices for tea and large portions of food. Currently doing a soft opening, so they are not running at maximum efficiency. Friendly staff, although their English seems to be limited. The popcorn chicken was generously portioned and not overly breaded. The mango pomelo sago was delicious, but they used agar boba instead of sago. The chicken steak came with not one, but two large pieces of meat. They were out of steak (beef), but I’m sure they’ll improve since it’s only a soft opening. Would definitely come again!

Our favorite dish is the sizzling Taiwanese steak. Juicy, flavorful, and big! Comes with rice or spaghetti and some veggies.

Came here for their soft opening special on the drinks since they are priced cheaper than other places. The employees were really nice and took my order quickly. I got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea (2.99) with less ice and half sugar. The drinks were ready in about 5 minutes or so and they put it in a drink holder and bag for me. The milk tea was not too sweet and had the perfect amount of tea taste.
They have some food on their menu and lots of tables for dine in. It is a pretty casual, similar to the old Tea Station. I didn’t get a good look at the other drinks on the menu but I will try coming back again for their drink specials!

I am a fan of their Red Wine Braised Short Rib since they had a store in Alhambra. When they reopen the store at Temple City, I was very happy to see my favorite is back among other dishes. Recently, however, I noticed that they were making changes to my favorite dish: less ingredients, less side veggie, less flavor. I understand that restaurants do make changes to keep their costs down but compromising flavor of food by reducing ingredients doesn’t seem like good idea.

For the (current) price of around $3 a tea, you really can’t go wrong here if you need a boba fix. The interior is spacious (former Tea Station) with lots of places to sit. A good place to hang out. There are a couple of arcade machines, but I would highly recommend management install card readers or a change machine. I doubt anyone carries quarters anymore.
Until they raise their prices, I will be returning here often!

Ordered a dim sum sides and it took quite a long time for 2 orders of steamed food. ~ 25 min for shumai and xlb. Shumai was raw and RETURNED. Xlb was remade because there was a mess up on their end which I wasn’t clear on why. Our server explained about the xlb but we ended up waiting another ~25 min for it. They took out the food from the bill but it was rough being there that long for a small items only to be disappointed.
Drinks were cheap tho.

Pretty good place for food and drink. The drinks were low price compared to other boba place. Food is great. Usually these boba places have bad food quality or only microwave food. They seem to actually make them fresh here.

We came on a Saturday night and the place is empty. The food is generic, a hand full full of selects but nothing special. There are some weird naming drinks, but the whole thing is quite bland. It’s simply a room of tables and chairs, no decors or promotion items, no TV or menu. It feels more like a temporary pop up shop then a permanent restaurant.

This is a restaurant that deserve more reviews indeed. We were very excited when it open because they are the only restaurant that have the yummy tofu steak! they also have great tea selection with great price. I only wish they can extend their menu items since their dishes are all very delicious!

For the current price of $3-4 teas, it’s a no brainer to come here. I even went twice in one weekend! It isn’t the highest quality drinks but it definitely satisfies the tea craving.
Very large and spacious with lots of seating, a great place to meet up with a big group of people. Plenty of parking in the lot in the back as well.
FYI they don’t have the typical tapioca boba (black pearls) here. I wish they did! The mango pomelo sago doesn’t come with sago either, only agar boba.
