Me and my boyfriend will forever rave about this place to anyone we meet! The food is amazing and is always served hot and delicious! The man that works here is so kind and makes you feel welcome and the waitresses have such great service skills. They always make sure you have everything you need and check in regularly! It is the best Mexican restaurant i’ve been to! It’s also so inexpensive! A true hidden gem! 10/10, 5 stars!

My second time to Cafe San Luis on West Ave and I must say that it’s just as good as the location on Evers. The food itself was very tasty and the service was definitely on point. The menu was exactly the same along with the great prices. I highly recommend you try Cafe San Luis because in my opinion it’s one of the better Mexican restaurants in SA. Highly highly recommended.

1st Time at this Restaurant. Very clean Restaurant. I ordered the Enchilada Plate with a Crispy Taco. Wow These were one of the best Enchiladas❤️ The cheese melted in your mouth The Enchilada Sauce was amazing every bite tasted like Carne Guisada, the rice was delicious even the Beans were Yums ❤️

I am very disappointed with this place. I came in early in the morning to dine in and get some breakfast tacos. It was just four tacos and they took 25 minutes to come out. Thats insane.
When the order was finally given to us, we got the wrong ones. The waitress didn’t even apologize and instead gave us a nasty attitude. We then has to wait another 20 minutes for just two tacos. While everyone else was finishing and leaving, we were still there waiting. Almost an hour was spent waiting on some tacos. I made a complaint, but not a single apology was given. All the guy said was that thry were working on it.
The waitress is unfriendly and never comes back to offer anything else. She ignores you when she walks by.
The guy at the register isnt any better.
The food is okay, portions are small for the price.
