What a pleasant surprise.
Stopped in because I had just noticed it, the whole experience was phenomenal. The best boneless wings in Jackson, sweet chili was perfect but you gotta try the “family gold” sauce.
Service was great, let us try sauces as we ordered to make sure we liked it. Bathrooms and dining are were clean.

I ordered wings and grilled chicken salad. The wings were okay but the salad could use some extreme help. It literally had only 4 ingredients- hyper lettuce, tomato, banana peppers and miniature grilled chicken pieces. I added cheese and it still didn’t help

Online orders through the company website are currently down but just a phone call had me 4 Catfish Filets and crinkle cut fries hot and ready to roll as soon as I arrived. The catfish itself was a tender and beautiful white with a nicely seasoned, crispy exterior. The ladies at the register were friendly and efficient and the cook was on the ball. The main complaint I have here is the inaccuracies and time on gig work orders for pick-up. There are almost always items missing and a super long wait.

Food is good, sometimes customer service is rude. 10 out of 10 food, 3 out of 10 Customer service. However, I will be back because it’s good and. I recommend the wings and fries and the fried Tilapia with okra. I love ya’ll but do better❤️

One of my favorite places to eat! Customer service and the food is great. I’m always greeted by the store manager Redd, she’s so nice! Never had a problem, and i can’t name one bad thing on their menu.

I placed an order online through the company’s website, but when I arrived, I was told they don’t actually take orders through that site, even though it allows you to. The food wasn’t ready, and the woman who helped me (the dark-skinned lady) was rude. They also didn’t let me choose two different flavors, only one, even though every other place allows it — and the online system does too. Overall, the service was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place at all.

Personally, I’ve never had an issue ordering from this place when it came to my orders. The prices have gone up due to inflation, but their food is still reasonably priced to me. From October 1, 2021, until December 27, 2021, I have ordered countless lemon pepper wings (my household’s favorite; yes, they’re small but I like them over those bigger pieces you find at the grocery store because I know they’ll be cooked faster and all the way through), their fried rice, and their burgers, which are pretty big/thick for a single patty (at least for me).
If you call and you get an answering machine, then just go up there because (a) the phone could’ve died so calls won’t/can’t go through or (b) it’s Sunday and they’re not open. The only thing I wish they’d do is to wear gloves when showing/handling your food. I’m trusting that their hands are clean at that time because I’ve not gotten ill or seen anything overly worrying. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try; menu pics were taken December 27, 2021.
We haven’t stopped eating here; I started cooking more at home recently since we were eating out a LOT last year. But know we’ll be stopping by American Wings when we’re craving lemon pepper wings, wanting more bang for the buck sized burgers, and a little something different without having to hit multiple places.
2023 Update: All the above is still the same, but the prices are higher. I just don’t see the option to add or update pictures via mobile.

They used to be really good. One of my favorite places to get wings. I am also positive they just slapped regular BBQ on my wings and a TON of it, it was not appetizing. Our food sat over there for ages because somehow it was placed with pick up orders? I get mistakes but we probably won’t be back. Was even nice enough to tip.

Great service I think her name was Rochelle and she was very friendly letting us know how the food was made adding season a sauce to our like even checked on us to see if the food was to our liking….. She definitely deserves 5 stars alone. Food was hot a fresh the shrimp fried rice was delicious the fried catfish was awesome beautifully fried. The wing were cooked to perfection and drizzled in the sauce of your choice even dressed my fries….. We will return ❤️
