Rice in our burritos was under cooked to the point of basically not cooked at all. I got a steak burrito with no steak. To top it off in my girlfriends burrito we found 2 hairs . Definitely do not eat here .

Brown lettuce mostly core lettuce that nobody wants to eat. Cilantro was 75% less than normal & some was rotten mixed in with fresh. No crispy tortilla topping. Tortilla shrunk & thinned for salad. No longer prevents the tortilla getting disgustingly soggy from the reduced portions of beans and rice. $13 for brown soggy lettuce a smattering of rice and beans partially surrounded by a tiny, soggy, thin tortilla and only 10% of the toppings included, partially rotten. After 2 decades of only having delicious salads, I’m done wasting my money. Past 3 orders haven’t been edible.

My wife brought this home for dinner tonight what a disappointment we paid an extra 1.25 for the carne asada and it was non existent I got maybe 8 little strips of meat in the whole burrito. If you are eating in the area I would go for Chipotle or Federico’s this place is not worth the money.

I come here often and haven’t had an issue until today. I went thru drive thru today. When i pulled up to the window and got my drinks, 2 cokes had absolutely no ice. So i waited to get the rest of my order to let the employee know i needed ice. I didnt catch her name since she didnt have a name tag. She then nods with annoyance and seemed like she was just being lazy and didnt want to get ice in the first place from the back. She then comes back with a small cup of ice for 2 large drinks. The attitude wasnt appreciated and the audacity to ask for a tip was mind blowing.
