Very disappointed! I ordered a large catering order that was intended to be for two separate groups of people for two separate businesses but instead they combined everything together (all the meat together and all the beans together) so I had to manually separate it in order to take the food to the intended offices. When taking lunch to a business,It is pretty jankey to have to separate the food on my own. They refused to separate it for me which would have been the least they could do. I was a big fan of cafe rio but will spend my catering money elsewhere going forward.

This place has the best pulled pork of my life and I cannot get enough. There is nothing that compares to this restaurants food style. I love it so much and was thrilled when it made it here from Utah. I eat here often and really hope they stick around for a long time.

I have been to this burrito restaurant about five times, and unfortunately only two of those visits were good. My most recent visit was to the Kent location on 12/28/2025 around 12:30 PM. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito, and the chicken was burnt—very dark and blackened. The rice was also undercooked and the beans were hard, which really ruined the meal.
Overall, the burritos are just okay, but the quality is inconsistent. For the high prices they charge, they could honestly do much better. Based on my experiences, I’d give this place 0 stars, and I won’t be visiting again.

This has got to be one of my favorite healtht “fast food”! The crew at this location is excellent and very friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty! I’m so bummed when I received an email that stated that Cafe Rio at this location will be permanently closed. I am so sad.

I come here every week, tonight I walked out because of terrible service and a rude employee.
With no other customers I waited for 20 mins as they only wanted to do online orders then was rude when I asked if I could order. I walked out with my kid because I didn’t have time to wait however much longer (they couldn’t tell me and wouldn’t make my 2 item order). We’re hungry. Headed elsewhere.
Crap service. I usually have much better experiences.

Very very rude and improper female cashier employee working this night. Told me bye, because online order was not found, did not offer to take my order inside. Which is bad for business. And missed my sides. Would make you never want to come back to that location again. Definitely degrading this location, and based off many other reviews the yall need to hire some employees that will actually build up your business. If I could give a 0 star for the service I would.

They offer big portions for their meals. The workers were friendly. We were there at 9 pm and they already started cleaning up so some of their beverage offerings were already put away. The ingredients tasted fresh and the food was good. It is a little pricey.

Everyone working here had such a bad attitude. The amount of rice I got was ridiculous, I could literally count the grains. It wasn’t even enough for a kid’s meal. I asked for a new order of fajitas and made it clear I wanted a decent portion, but the girl just kept going and then they tried to charge me an extra $1.99 for fajitas I didn’t even ask for. One of the workers also brought out a bag of meat, opened it, and poured it straight into the old container without changing it, which should’ve been done in the prep area. The customer service here is terrible, I’m honestly shocked at how rude people can be while working in customer service.
