Was very disappointed the staff is very racist. I waited for over an hour for an online order. They were having a special and ran out of chips. Now some people were offered substitute items for the inconvenience others were told since the special had chips and they ran out they were not able to order the special and told to try another location. It was very noticeable who was told to try another location and those who received substitute items. I will not be returning. If you were not a POC you were offered other side items where others including myself was told sorry were out of chips. It wasn’t a big deal until I saw people getting sides of meat, desserts and other items. Management needs to do better. Also online orders were not a priority.

Do yourself a favor and go to chipotle instead. Fire grilled chicken had no flavor. They were more concerned with online orders than the people in store. Scoop of guacamole was tiny. If I wasn’t so hungry would have left. Gave them a shot and they failed in just about every aspect of what a restaurant should do. I won’t be coming back.

Came here after finding out the town square location had an unexpected Christmas party closing the joint at 6p.
This place was the nicest one I’ve seen in vegas. The only caveat is when they get busy, they do get a little stressed, but that’s normal.
Got my tostada needs fulfilled, which can be an emergency! Actually, they ran out of the hard shell tostada, but the chips they replaced it with were fine.

Michael needs to find another job. He does not belong anywhere near a Customer Service business. This is the third time I’ve ordered a burrito an hour before and there is a line where they are serving people out of order. And none of the food is ready. And he is standing there running the cash register, giving out free drinks, laughing and smiling like it’s a joke. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if they serve the people walking in the door first? He can’t even guarantee If I’m going to receive a refund. So my only recourse is to dispute it with the bank. This place is absolutely disgusting. Unethical disgraceful and disturbing

I had a really good experience at this location. I went right around dinner time and all the tortillas were freshly made. The food was so good and the the team was very friendly. Gabby went above and beyond with my order. I will be coming back.

We come here often and we usually have good experience. We usually come in a little late night so they are not as busy. We love the sweet pork burrito, enchalada style with extra cheese, and their horchata. My little one loves their salad. The last time we came here, one of the staff was very and very helpful. 1 less star for the lady in the line that prepares the food initially, not very friendly and seemed irritated when we asked her if we could get extra meat. Overall, we’ll be back since it was a good day ❤.

Oh my. This place took forever for us to order. You stand in line and order your food as they make it. But OH MY!! it was so worth the wait. Handmade tortillas.. yummy. The flavors were on point. And the chips and salsa was delicious as well.. very good. Will be going back.

I really like the food here but it can be hit or miss. Sometimes the sauce tastes completely different. Today they are out of tortillas at noon. They tried to be as helpful as possible but how do you run out of tortillas so early in the day when burritos and quesadillas are your thing?
