Not Customer friendly and I was told not to come to this location but I thought I would try it instead of driving over to my usual one and I should have listened. I told him that my order wasn’t to go after I ordered on the kiosk because there’s no other way to order,and they gave it to me to go and their portion sizes are very poor. When he yelled my name to come and get my food, I told him it was for dine in and he said. All orders are to go. Food good just bad service if you dine in not sure about drive through

Tacoooo Tuesday! Went to Cafe Rio for the first time on Tuesday and just loved it. I really enjoyed the kiosk for ordering-no waiting in line. Service was great! Staff was super helpful. Their fountain drinks are so good. Love the Lime Mint and the Mango lemonade. I got a sweet pork and chile beef taco and they were so tasty. The experience and food here was better than most of the expensive restaurants around the area. Definitely recommended and will go back to this location.

my complaint is about poor quality output on delivery orders. I have never walked into this store to order in person, but nearly every online delivery order has an issue.
– Missing drinks, missing food, missing sauces and toppings
– Miniature sized tacos
– Wrong kind of cheese (no special order or anything, just the default)
The online app won’t let me choose a different, closer restaurant to me for delivery, but the one near me that i occasionally walk into to order never has such issues.

This store sucks. Guy told me I couldnt use a coupon that I got in the mail from their marketing department. I thought that was crazy so I said check again, he inputted the code on the coupon, and wallah it worked! Imagine that. Then I get the burrito and they didnt give me any silverware. Then drove back to get silverware and it was a chicken burrito with two bites of chicken in it. Dont waste your time here. Store manager should be ashamed. The coupons will be going in the dumpster.

Can you tell what burrito I ordered from the photo? I ordered two enchilada style burritos today, one shredded pork and one carne asada. For nearly twice the price of Chipotle, there was less than half the amount of meat. Many bites had no meat at all. I ordered cheese on top for both, and neither came with it. Both the rice and beans taste like there is lots of sugar added to them.
On the plus side, even though the place was busy, the food came quickly and the place was clean.
Save your money and go to taco bell for about the same quality at a fraction of the price, or better yet support an authentic Mexican food restaurant.

Really disappointed in the amount of plastic wasted for dine in orders. We ordered two taco meals and every single component came individually wrapped. This also meant that the proteins were smaller. The picture attached is the waste from after our meal was done.

I wish there was ways to customize your order like the one in southglenn when ordering with real people. I’m really not a fan of the kiosks in restaurant? It feels like the inside of a Taco Bell minus the cheap food. For reference, two burritos is over $30. Additionally, every time I have gone my order was wrong. It’s not like the food is bad, it’s always good but the experience is just too strange for me. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

My husband and I had lunch at Cafe Rio today. We had no problem ordering at the Kiosk and our food came quickly. We ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl. Initially, they looked small, but they were loaded with meat and toppings, and I could only finish half of my bowl.
I thought the Cilantro rice was outstanding. The service was great, the employees were very friendly and we will definitely eat here again.
