We love Paisano’s!!! We have them deliver pizza every week – pizza is delish, hot, and arrives before promised. We also eat in with them. Favorite pasta dish is a tie between Capellini Primavera and Chicken Bruschetta (picture). Every sauce they make is so genuinely Italian. Portions are huge and come with the yummiest of garlic knots. Hubby loves Veal Parm and Dad loves spaghetti & meatballs. We haven’t found anything we don’t like. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and pleasant.

Perfect Monday Meal – Every Dish Was a Hit!
We popped into this restaurant on a random Monday, and I mean it when I say absolutely nothing disappointed. This was a truly exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
A huge shout-out to our server, Hayley S., who was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and offered perfect suggestions when we asked questions—truly top-tier service.
We started with appetizers, and they set the bar high. We had the Fried Calamari, which I normally skip, but let me tell you, I could have eaten the entire plate myself! It was perfectly crispy and flavorful. We also had the Bruschetta, which was pure perfection—fresh, vibrant, and delicious.
Moving on to the main dishes, I enjoyed the amazing Chicken Marsala, and my husband had the Fettuccine Carbonara, which was absolutely mouth-watering. For dessert, he had the Cannoli and I indulged in the Tiramisu.
Between the amazing atmosphere, the delicious food, and the incredible service from Hayley S., we will definitely be returning soon. Highly, highly recommend!

Been one a few times ago mqny years and my 2nd gf wanted to come here. Still as good as I remember it!
Large portion sizes, the stromboli and calzone were delicious, plus the prices were pretty reasonable too. Parking can be tight, but there’s parking behind the building.

Just…Wow. I visited to grab a quick lunch. I was treated to an amazing meal. Firstly, by far the best Tomato Bisque I’ve ever eaten. Not kidding. Then I got a Giant slice of cheese pizza…amazing…. Dave Portnoy would approve. My server kept my Diet Coke full the whole time. If you’re reading reviews to find a good spot, this is it.

First time visiting and I have to say—this is hands down the best Italian spot in Longwood! I moved here from New York and honestly, I usually find Florida food a little bland, but Cafe Paisano completely hit the spot.
The owner, Michael, personally came out to talk with us, and all we could do was compliment him on the amazing job he’s doing. Our server Ava, who is also his daughter, gave us absolutely wonderful service. She was so attentive that I couldn’t resist leaving her a true New York–style tip.
The food was outstanding. If you go, definitely start with the bruschetta as an appetizer. The jumbo pizza is to die for, and the calzone was just as delicious. I left very happy and can’t wait to come back with my kids. Longwood really has a gem here—Cafe Paisano is the real deal!

First time dining at Cafe Paisano and we will definitely be back! Everything was delicious! Between our table, we had calzones, veal piccata, bruschetta, salads, pizza, garlic knots, garlic bread, and chocolate cake; everything was amazing! I especially recommend the bruschetta; best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was very nice, lighting and decorations were great, and the place was very clean. The service was outstanding as well. Ava, our server, was very attentive and sweet, and one of the owners (Ava’s dad) came out to greet us and was very nice as well. Wonderful family owned business; I’m already looking forward to our next meal there :).

I’ve always heard this was really great pizza and it truly was! Came here on a rainy afternoon we were the only people here. Just after lunch rush and not quiet dinner. Nice and quiet and clean. Greeted and seated immediately and got our Cheesy mozzarella garlic Knots and drinks before we ordered our Pie. Did a extra large pizza with toppings of our choice. Toppings are $3 extra per topping which was a little steep, but it was fine..got it extra thin and crispy. Our server was awesome. Super sweet and attentive. Will definitely be eating here again soon
