This is not your typical dining experience! The options, flavor combinations, and service here are top notch!! Prince, our server was absolutely wonderful! He gave us great tips and guidance in choosing our food & drinks and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience and plenty of smiles! If you are looking for somewhere you can get some of those more rare dishes you cannot go wrong here! The octopus, tartare, and lamb are prepared to perfection!! Definitely a new favorite date night spot!

We made a reservation for my birthday and everything was absolutely perfect. Our server was John and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quiet and the food was exceptional. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be planning future date nights at Cafe Navarre!

A pleasant surprise while on business journey to South Bend IN. Set in a century old bank building, this 11 year old restaurant brings old world charm to a modern yet comfortable American cuisine! Beet salad & the lamb shank were both satisfying & aesthetic pleasing!

I love discovering unique restaurants while I travel and this was a great find! You could easily walk in this place dressed up for a nice night out, or jeans and tennis shoes. My server Danielle was so kind and very attentive. They have some great options for my pescatarian diet. I started with the light and refreshing Nuevo cocktail made with gin. I was excited to see Wild Mushroom soup on the menu. It was perfectly creamy and a great combo with the crusty bread. I opted for the Black Truffle Gnocchi with lobster for dinner, absolutely delicious! I was so full, but couldn’t resist taking home the Key Lime Tart! I will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

I came here for dinner with my mom and it exceeded all expectations! The service was phenomenal. Aj made some great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! We especially loved the gnocchi and the creme brûlée. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and classy. Will definitely be back!

I really want to compliment the staff at Cafe Navarre. I came into town to celebrate with friends last night. Tony was spot on with the food suggestions (I had the chicken) *chefs kiss. Lauren was so great, and full of energy. She came through with the drink suggestions (we had several) . Over all 10/10 experience and food! Looking for fine dining in south bend, check it out.

For appetizers, we had French onion soup and ceaser salad. Ceaser salad was not good. I had to ask for dressing. For dinner, we had the Filet and Bolognese it was average, and for desert, we had the flour less chocolate cake, which again was average. I am giving a 4 because the quality of the food did not live up to the price

Enjoyed an awesome dining experience at this lovely restaurant recently. We started with great cocktails and chose the arancini for an appetizer. The delicate crispness of the outer coating was sensational! Best arancini I have ever tasted. For my entree I chose the short ribs and wow…….really delicious! (They just created their winter menu and it’s fantastic. So many good choices.) And then the flourless chocolate cake was our choice to share for dessert. It was a little hard and might have been tastier if it was not so chilled. Maybe more room temp. But all in all, it was a wonderful dinner and our server Lois was attentive and so charming!
