Bottom of the pizza crust was black. Not just partially, completely. We brought it up with management and I quote.
“Hi Jeff, this is Gerson from Blaze Pizza. I’m truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our pizzas. It’s disappointing to know they were overcooked. We appreciate your feedback and will address this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
Zero attempts to make it right. Literally feels like they said “Thanks for your money, better luck next time.”
Blaze is a casino. If you like to put money into the food machine and hope you get edible food back. Blaze is your place!
Edit: updated to 2 stars. After showing pictures to their response and posting this review. Free pizza has been added to my account (a free one topping 11 inch). So basically, I paid for the build your own, had to trash it and then got a 1 topping as exchange. I lost at the casino. $7.99 pizza to make up for the $12 monstrosity that I paid for…

The team members here work really well together. Not only are they friendly to customers, but they are kind to one another. Even when the shift is busy, they have a calm and collaborative energy, and they seem to truly care about each task they are currently performing. I haven’t had a single bite yet, but I’m already impressed and have to make sure to give this crew kudos. Keep up the amazing atmosphere.

The service is incredibly slow. So be prepared to wait in line for a while. I’ve been twice, once on a Friday evening and it took over an hour and then once on a Tuesday afternoon and it took 20 minutes. However, when I’m in the mood for a good, custom pizza, they’re great.

The cheesy bread was phenomenal a light toasted crunch on the bottom with a perfect mix of cheese and garlic butter. Best cheesy bread in the state! We went to Mod pizza last week and Bkaze is better. The crust fluffs up a bit more but stick has that authentic crunch on the bottom. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Fantastic size, fantastic price. Healthy good food. Oh! and I love the blood orange lemonade too. We will be back. The restaurant is a little cold.

I went in this evening and ordered a Take 2 pizza with Salad. The pizza dough looked a little off color and when the pizza was made it tasted rubbery. Not sure what happened there usually its very good, and they also put alot of sea salt on my daughter’s pizza. Easy on the sea salt.

Love the pizza at Blaze! Wish I had 1 closer to me in Arizona. The staff here was friendly and great at doing you right with how they make the pizza. Have eaten here twice in the last 2 days and may go 1 more time before leaving. Great location!

They are very generous with the toppings. You can customize your pizza. It has great flavor. They add extra sauces and spices at the end as well. The restaurant was clean and a fun family night. The BBQ was my favorite.
