As for the pizza itself delicious!!!!
They import the flour they use for the dough from Italy, and it truly makes a huge difference♥️
I wanted to fully assess the place for pizza so we ordered one Brooklyn style and one Sicilian style pizza.
The Sicilian pizza was executed to perfection with one half pepperoni and one half ham. The crispy and crunchy edge was really delicious and every layer of the pizza was perfectly prepared.
My dad said it was the best pizza he’s had in his entire life.
My mom preferred the thin sliced Brooklyn cheese pizza but we all agreed it was a really great place to eat and I’m glad to support local businesses like this in Concord, especially when the care for detail is this high for quality
Stopped by on a Thursday evening, it was great. The fries are seasoned with what it seems like it was Cajun and they were incredible.
The honey spicy pizza was also outstanding. Customer service was great, however, this gentleman was cooking and taking care of everything.
It’s a work in progress and I for one plan to come back again and hopefully have a glass of wine with my meal. Keep up the work!
Next, we indulged in the pastrami sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak, accompanied by fresh fries. Wow! The flavors were out of this world! The pastrami sandwich was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had, and those fries? They’re definitely in my top three. The dishes served here are of gourmet quality!
This was only their third day of soft opening, and I can already tell I’ll be returning to this restaurant frequently. Don’t make the mistake of walking past this gem!
