This spot isn’t bad overall, but the service and food temperature were definite letdowns during my visit—there was a noticeable wait at every step.
I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. The bun felt straight-out-of-the-fridge cold, the fries were only barely warm, and both lacked that fresh, hot-off-the-line quality you’d hope for. Flavor-wise, it was decent but I was honestly surprised and a little disappointed that everything came out so lukewarm.
It’s an okay place if you’re not in a rush and expectations are modest, but I’d probably look elsewhere if you’re craving a hot, satisfying fast-food meal.

I’ve had many a chicken parm and chicken Alfredo here over the years. At times I myself may have thought it was a bit pricey. Everything’s that way nowadays. But the atmosphere and the staff are kind. The food is good and the experience is always lovely.

We both had the fried chicken salad which was delicious. It had the right amount of chicken and plenty of vegetables. The dressing tastes like it is homemade.
For desert we both enjoyed the coconut cake. The toasted coconut made it complete…yummy!

All was good. The grilled chicken portion size & seasoning was spot on. Didn’t have time to stay for dessert; they were kind enough to let me take the homemade brownie that is used in their hot fudge cake to go, and it too was spot on. Definitely hope to return!
