Beautiful location for romatic dinners or large team events. Service is always amazing amd the food is consistently delicious. I have been here about 5 times now amd the food and drinks never let me or company down. Came here for a 19 person lunch staff were quick and polite, drinks stayed full, and food was perfect. Beautiful view of the river while youre indoor or out door.

This is my first time in Ohio, and this place certainly impressed me. Everything – the flavor, atmosphere, and seating – was pretty good and impressive overall.
The food was excellent, with a variety of flavors, especially when ordering dishes with multiple components.
I had no complaints about the salt levels whatsoever. They don’t even provide extra salt because they season the food so correctly. This demonstrates their confidence, and the taste certainly backs it up.
The bread they provide is quite fresh, accompanied by a unique pepper and tomato-based sauce. I’m not entirely sure what it is, but it was a very good starter.
The outdoor seating is very beautiful, especially at the time I visited around 5 p.m. There was some sun, but it wasn’t too hot, and they have adequate shading.
There’s a great view from the ledge, but unfortunately, you cannot see over it when seated.
I would highly recommend coming here; you will not regret it.
Regarding pricing, it’s a bit on the medium to higher side. This is certainly not fast food, nor is it ultra-expensive like an unlimited all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse. I found the menu pricing to be around $20 to $30 per plate/dish.

Cafe Istanbul was absolutely amazing. The food was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared, and everything tasted authentic and comforting. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Had a great lunch with the wife today at the Cafe Istanbul in Dublin located off Riverside Drive. This is a place for a leisurely meal and the river facing tables offer a pleasing view. Our food was great! My wife had the Istanbul Salad with added Falafel and I had the Sautéed Shrimp. Both dishes were excellent, but the Falafel and our desert of the traditional Turkish Baklava were definitely the highlights. (Another great lunch experience! Added photos on 02/09/2026.)

The interior design is fabulous, the views over the river are stunning. Their bread with dipping sauce is a wonderful amuse bouche. I’ve been here twice and it’s been great both times. We enjoyed splitting their appetizer sampler as a group, their pides and salad. We saw a few groups ordering the family special platter and would love to try that next time.

Everything is always good at Cafe Istanbul! I gave a one star for service because our waiter wasn’t attentive to our needs this time. Don’t base my rating on whether you should go or not, please go! Every other time, I’ve received excellent service. Highly recommended!!!

Great spot! I really enjoyed my time at Istanbul Cafe in Dublin. The food is fresh, well cooked, and very tasty—especially the kebabs and the baklava! The place is clean and cozy, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. It has a relaxed vibe, and the service is fast. Perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. I’ve come here hundreds of times for dinners, and I have yet to ever be disappointed. Not once have I ever had a single complaint about this place. The food, immaculate and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, and the prices are EXTREMELY fair. I don’t know how this place does it but there’s no other restaurant that can compete.
