Café de Fleur catered our holiday party for about 40 people at Sessions Cocktails, and everything was absolutely amazing! The heavy hors d’oeuvres menu was delicious, the setup was beautiful, and everyone loved the food. Corrie was wonderful to work with. She was very communicative, prompt, and accommodating, and the menu she created for us was perfect. I could not recommend Café de Fleur enough for a group like ours!

Was in Auburn attending a swim meet and a group of us went to this restaurant to enjoy some French food. The restaurant is on the small side, and unassuming, located next to a fitness place in a strip mall. They have a modest number of tables, but are able to easily handle groups of six or maybe more, or just two if you want something intimate. They have a decent selection of wines, ranging from affordable red and white choices by the glass as well as some very nice bottles. The selection of wines is not huge, but offers enough variety so that everybody can find something they want. Started with the escargot, which was tasty. I had the beef fillet, which had a very nice peppery sauce, and it was quite well prepared. The steak was slightly overcooked from the way I ordered it, but not enough to be a bother. Because all of their potato dishes, apparently without exception, employ chicken stock, I was not able to eat them, so I ordered some broccolini instead. The broccolini was tasty but overcooked, and that made it a bit less enjoyable. My girlfriend got the salmon, which she said was excellent, and properly cooked. Tried to order the French onion soup, which specifically said on the menu was made with beef stock, which is the way it should be done, but upon inquiring, found out that they also added chicken broth to that as well, which they probably should put on the menu. This is a trend I’ve noticed at even some nice French restaurants, where they are not using the traditional beef stock method, but rather chicken broth instead. I guess it still gives a good mouth feel, but saves money. Got a citrus sorbet for dessert, which they make fresh in the restaurant, and it was very good! French cuisine is definitely a specialty, so you won’t find it everywhere. If you find yourself in Auburn, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out. The service was exceptional. Friendly, informed, and engaging without being smothering. Good job!

Beautiful inside and out. Small quite place with flavorful quality palatted plates and large charcuterie appetizer. The duck plate, and steak plate we perfectly portioned behind the charcuterie for us to feel very well-fed. The waitress was knowledgeable about the food and I would expect that in high end restaurant. Anniversary dinner free creem brulee’ was nice touch also.

Overall, dinner was a terrific experience. We had made a reservation for 12-15 people and they were ready for us. Everyone raved about their apps, particularly the French onion soup, charcuterie and escargot (available either in or out of their shells).
Entrees were similarly good, particularly the lamb chops, the filet and the short rib. As for desserts, the crème brûlée garnered rave reviews. Service was excellent all evening, right from the maitre D greeting, to us closing the place down.
Definitely coming back.
Will add a few pics later.

I have been to Cafe de Fleur twice now and both visits were fantastic. I would like to shout out Ethan Martin, for the amazing service he gave us. My boyfriend has many food allergies, and he was so accommodating. We arrived at our table and his first question was if we had any allergies. He was knowledgable on the menu items and had a lovely hospitable nature. The ribeye was extremely delicious with a crisp buttery outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. The sides were also great. My boyfriend got the duck breast, which also had an amazing cook. Thank you! We will be back!

Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Auburn. Absolutely loved every dish we had, especially the Steak & Pommes de Terre & Creme Brulee! Aiyanna provided amazing service and was attentive to every detail. The entire vibe of the place was cozy and intimate from the lighting to the decor. Already have a reservation to visit again!

Completely disappointed in our latest experience. Chef unwilling to work with us and placed our to-go desserts in containers that did not fit them— they spilled everywhere and lost shape. The kind of restaurant that feels like a facade. A “fancy” restaurant ran by fraternity brothers. Staff was kind, at the least

Yall run don’t walk to eat at Cafe de Fleur.
We went for lunch and everything was phenomenal. I imagine dinner service will be even better. My wife and I are already talking about coming back to what might be the best restaurant meal we have ever had in Lee County
We tried to the potato and leek soup of the day, the sautéed scallop appetizer, shrimp francese, and ratatouille. Along with a chocolate mousse for dessert.
To say these folks know what they are doing is an understatement. Everything was perfect.
We had great service from Ethan and the interior of the restaurant was beautiful. It was a really great surprise and exceeded all my expectations. This would be a fantastic date night spot or just a really nice lunch spot.
I highly recommend Cafe de Fleur in Auburn.

Nice little restaurant. Was there for Sunday brunch. My lunch was good but they were out of several items on the menu. Service was good and made up with dessert for not having the full menu. Will try again.
