Took the kids to try their holiday special Grinch shakes. Cups were adorable and kids raved about the flavor. I sampled a “leftover” and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

Well coming from Michigan to a place with high ratings. That’s what I expected to give too, but you know me by now. It’s a fun looking place, I know their busy and profitable. So spend a little money on a fresh coat of paint on your multi colored entrance presentation. The inside looked better then the outside, again colorful and welcoming. We’ll let’s get to the real, my daughter saw a hair in the banana pudding ice cream as you can look and pick out what kind you want. We didn’t get ice cream! 2nd the food area was extremely unkept,, reminds me of nasty places like quodoba , where food is thrown everywhere and nobody tries to wipe anything down. It wasn’t busy like that for them to ignore/ skip over it. The young lady was friendly and very helpful to us. I don’t like that they went around behind the scenes to make the slushies. If the front was dirty, I could only imagine what the back looks like. Better yet, I don’t want to imagine . My wife and kids got slushies with Boba, which they all loved the flavors. My brother and I both got bowls and they both looked great. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try mine as it was completely liquid when we got to Cincinnati for to stay for the night. I’m going to freeze it and turn it into a smoothie when I get home. Hopefully it stays frozen in the cooler/ at least cold. Overall, the dessert options where good. But please do way better on presentation and quality concern for your restaurant. You could be so much better then that. I wanted to give high ratings, but no never like that.

We do the drive thru for the ice cream. My wife loves the chocolate fudge sundae, and I go for one of their generous waffle cones. The young ladies there are great.

We were visiting from out of town and absolutely loved Cafe Cream. We had smoothies both days we were in town. Their sandwich wraps were excellent! They were so fresh. And ice cream was awesome. We even got to meet their mascot doggy, Bruce. Wish we had a place like this in Northern Kentucky. The employees were also nice and fast and efficient with our food.

The food was good, so I give it four stars, but the rice was a little dry. Definitely a good value for the money. The smoothie which is pictured with the umbrella was off the hook, it was delicious. Now let’s talk about the atmosphere.. So, I brought two Amish ladies with me, generally when we’re traveling they trust me to find a good place to stop and have a bite to eat. Like I said, overall the food was good the customer service was good, but while we were placing our order, four young local girls came in and were laughing and making fun of the Amish ladies I was with. And all of us forgot our purses at the Airbnb, we only had a credit card. So I emptied out the change from my vehicle into the tip jar and the girls kind of shrugged at it even though it was about $10 worth of change. Although I know it wasn’t any fault of the business, It is still really unkind and definitely does not show true southern hospitality. Overall, I would stop again because the smoothies are off the hook delicious. But I think next time we’ll get it to go.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake and it was absolutely awesome. At fussy, I was taken aback by the price but when I got the shake. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. The young lady at the drive up window was very friendly and helpful.

While the ice cream was good, the service was unbelievably poor. Perhaps half the tables were full inside and most people were waiting significant lengths of time, despite there being 6 staffers in the back. I personally waited 25 minutes for three scoops of ice cream, and several times folks who came after me received their scoops and left. When it came it was in cups instead of cones as I had ordered. I would not recommend coming here if you have anywhere to be within 2 hours. One girl complained while I was waiting that she’d been waiting an hour for a salad – and the guy working the counter said he didn’t know what happened.
