First time ordering. Once was enough. Visually, everything looked stunning so I was looking forward to the meal. Ordered orange chicken with vegetable fried rice as the side (up charge), chicken egg roll, and crab rangoon.

The food here is amazing. In a city full of flavorless Chinese food, Cafe China stands out from the crowd. Fried rice has actual vegetables that can be seen within the rice. Crab Rangoon taste like crab (I know that’s a strange statement but so many others don’t have that down). The only thing I would say is that the medium spice level was still not spicy at all. I know that is prob the most difficult aspect of the food, but I would have thought that medium spice would have had a bit more kick. Overall I do not see us order from any other Chinese restaurants.

First time ordering and highly disappointed. I started eating the pepper steak, and a few pieces seemed okay.. then as I started looking at the rest, the meat was not cooked. I ate a few pieces of chicken, and it seemed cooked; however, at this point, I’m not counting on that being cooked either. This place is more on the pricier side, and they have your order ready in 4 minutes. Serving uncooked food is unacceptable. Owner was nice when I contacted him, but said “probably not cooked long enough”. regardless, they need to pay better attention so no one gets food poisoning.

Glad to have a simple and straight forward Chinese place nearby! For lunch, I ordered the General Tso’s with fried rice for $9.95. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the portion was! The chicken tasted fantastic, I would say better quality than the standard General Tso’s at other Chinese restaurants.

We have our “go tos” here and they are consistently good. (Wonton soup, shrimp lo mein, curry chicken and hunan shrimp). They don’t have the best crab Rangoon but I still like it enough to order it. Everything is ready in about 10 minutes. We do ask for everything to be extra spicy, so those who complain about it being bland simply need to request this. IMO, it’s the only good Chinese restaurant in the area.

Decided to try this place as it’s 5 minutes closer than the place I normally go to – won’t make that mistake again. To begin, everything was either bland/flavorless or the flavor was “off” from what is expected. The egg rolls were mostly dough. What little filling there was lacked flavor…they tasted like the frozen ones anyone can buy at an Asian market. Chicken chow main was soggy and flavorless. The chicken was over “velveted,” making it mushy, not tender. I’ve never had fried rice that totally lacked flavor, but this one did! Even dousing it in Maggi or soy sauce didn’t help. General Tso’s chicken tasted more like orange chicken that they tried to alter to be more like a traditional General Tso’s – and failed miserably. No spice, no dried red peppers, but an orange flavor was evident. The plain white rice was the only thing that tasted as it should. Really wanted to like this place due to its proximity to my house but will not go back to this place again.

I door dash Cafe China all the time and it’s usually pretty decent for fast take out Chinese food, however, I usually get a standard chicken entree of some sort- kung pao, hunan, general Tsos, etc.

We stopped at this restaurant about 9:15 on a Friday night. Not a lot of other sit down places were open. This ended up being great food! The General Tso’s Chicken was great and the crab rangoons and egg drop soup was good too. Wea ate in the restaurant, good service and good prices. We hope to visit again sometime!

Ordered a dish of pork ribs. No meat at all, was eaten by someone else first, then cooked the left over basically just bones to make a dish to sell. The owner was even checked on us asking is everything taste good? We were not aware quickly at the first place. We realized later on that we have been scammed. Can not believe that they run the business and dare to do this kind of disgusting things to fool people. We came to their restaurant, put our trust to their hands. They have no respectful to people at all.
