These were elevated yummy sandwiches! The chicken was STACKED. I got a modified hurricane sandwich. Everything was correctly modified as requested through DoorDash. The bread and ingredients tasted fresh. And the muffins were fluffy with big blueberries nestled inside. (a must) | would order again, but probably for a special occasion. Definitely worth trying!

Tried Cafe at Bravo in Manchester today. Would recommend! Got a chicken cutlet sub on seeded bread, it came with marinara and pepperoni. Love the seeded bread! Nice light crunch texture. Tons of Italian sandwich inspired menu items, many options with chicken cutlets. Decent pasta salad too.
They have gluten free sub rolls and wraps, and lots of salads on the menu. Bit expensive but high quality.

The best sandwich you’ll find in Manchester if you seek quality. The knotted sesame seed roll is next level. The quicken was tender and fresh. My son loved it so much he went back at 10:30 am the next morning. Staff is super friendly. Clean and worth the trip!

Manchester was in need of a quality sandwich shop and Café at Bravo has delivered. We tried the Italian and the Cluck and Parm. The bread is the true standout of these sandwiches, perfectly crusty and seeded on the outside with a soft interior. I cannot express how much I appreciate an Italian with the correct meats: Soppressata, Hot Capicollo, Mortadella. The vast majority of “Italians” in NH are ham and salami. Cutlets on the Parm were thin and well seasoned. Both sandwiches were delicious!
Owner was very friendly. My pickup order was ready and hot upon arrival. Checkout was quick and easy. Nothing more to say. Hope this place sticks around and keeps doing quality food.

This is a great sandwich shop in downtown Manchester. The food is amazing, and the service is surprisingly quick. I’ve eaten here three times in the past month or so. I’ve had the Prime Rib sandwich a couple of times and the “Cluck and Parm” (I think is the name – it’s chicken). The portions are large. One of the times I took half the sandwich home and had it for supper. I highly recommend it.

Café at Bravo is exactly what Manchester’s food scene has been missing. We tried the Chicken Parm sandwich and the French Dip sandwich, and both were fantastic with fresh ingredients and incredible flavors. The service stood out from the moment we walked in. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive.
The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The space is beautifully designed with an upscale & modern aesthetic, and everything (bathrooms included) was spotless with a high-end feel. You can tell that a lot of thought and planning went into making sure every detail was perfect.
In Manchester, I often find myself disappointed by the food scene & many restaurants are strong in one area but lacking in another. Bravo has nailed it across the board: food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
I can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu, and I’m excited for the new Bravo restaurant next door to open in the upcoming months. This is hands down the best new spot in the city and raises the bar for Manchester’s food scene!

First time I went I got the Philly French Dip which was ok although I ordered it with a sesame seed hard roll and it looks like it came on different bread (soggy, but I got takeout to be fair). Second time I got the Cluck’n’ Parm which was much better, though I got the seeded hard roll again which wasn’t hard.
Prices are definitely above average, but considering the quality of ingredients and lack of significant competition in the area for gourmet subs like this, it makes sense.

If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and speedy professional service that also comes with one of the best sandwiches you could find in Manchester then this is where you go. There is an employee there named Cody, just hope it is him that makes your sandwich..I’m not sure he could spell sandwich, but boy can he make one! Went for the first time today – picked up two subs – absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this place enough! Inside is small, but supports a casual lunch or breakfast meal (I ordered takeout) – and I cant wait to go back to try their breakfast sandwiches.
Make sure to support this spot – and their main restrauant – because it is a phenomenal addition to downtown Manchester that should not be lost!
