Highly Recommend for guests that wish to visit the George W. Bush Presidental Museum and Library. Casual dining atmosphere with Chef quality dining experience. Exemplary waitstaff. Love this restaurant! It is in the Bush Museum. You can eat here without going into the museum. The menu is small, but varied. Prices are moderate. It has terrace seating available when the weather is good. The Cowboy Cookies are a must-try! Note – the parking lot dedicated to the museum and restaurant charges for parking, and the restaurant doesn’t validate. My last visit there, the parking was $10.

Turkey panini and cowboy cookies with ice cream. Panini was pretty good but I’ll try something else next time. Cookies and ice cream were delicious. Service was spectacular! Never had an empty water glass. $13 for panini and $7 for dessert.

We had lunch here while visiting the Bush Library. The service and food were both excellent! The pricing for the food quality and service was better than expected. I highly recommend Cafe 43 and we will be back!!
