Marvel character dining experience. Only guests there, so we had the characters all to ourselves! It was a little awkward…food was obviously geared towards kids, and had been sitting a bit. We had a late reservation (830), but still expect food to be presentable. Had to break thru the crust on the Mac and cheese, on 3 slices of pepperoni pizza on the table from a whole pie, cheese pizza looked like it had been cut by different people at 3 different times. Concession stand at a kids sports game has better food. Definitely needed more food appealing to the people responsible for paying the cost of the tickets!! While we loved the characters and interactions we had (especially spiderman!!) We definitely won’t be spending the money again. It’s a shame.

Cafe 4 is a good place to get a quick lunch at Universal. I ate the chicken parm combo sandwich, which came with a side Caesar salad. Both tasted pretty good. Their ordering system is a bit confusing though because you have to send the requests through the app instead of ordering to an actual person. Besides that, everything else was satisfactory. They’re also very allergy friendly and able to accommodate to just about anything. Overall, I’d recommend going to Cafe 4 for a good lunch.

Went to Cafe 4 for the marvel character dinner and it was worth it! There was a very large variety of food with something for everyone, pizza ,sliders,salad, potatoes,cookies, etc. They were not in a rush to get us out and our server had a great personality. The characters were so fun and in character. You can tell they enjoy playing these characters! Great experience and we will return!

Welp the Sbarro up at our mall in the Midwest went out of business. So my daughter was excited to see it in Orlando when we were visiting. She wanted sausage but there was not any so went with cheese. I decided for once to try the pepperoni stromboli. My daughter said the cheese tasted a little like chemicals. I did try it and I think it was the fact it was four cheese. Though we have had for cheese before and didn’t taste like this so i understood what she meant. I can tell you when i pulled the cheese it was not stringy rather just called off in sections. As for the stromboli, i was really disappointed. The picture was easy better. It was cold inside it so the cheese was clumpy instead like the picture stringy. The outside was hard and you can see when flipped over as well it was hard. I said tasted it and there was no flavor. Only flavor is from the dipping sauce. Two cheese slices, 1 pepperoni stromboli, 1 dipping sauce and two drinks came to $36.36.

This restaurant is no good, we had to use our phones to order and the app wouldn’t load or process for over 40 minutes, we had to get up and let them know that we had been waiting for 40 minutes so that we can order in person. after we finally ordered our food and drinks they come to our table and serve us only our food, no drinks. We told them we were missing our drinks and it took them 10 minutes to get us our drinks after waiting for an hour and they didn’t even have any flavor (i ordered lemonade and it tasted like water). the service was horrible, only some of the food actually tasted decent and on the other hand some of the food like the fettuccine alfredo tasted like nothing and the chicken that came with it was microwaved. this restaurant made our universal experience feel wasted. For anyone thinking to come her i really recommend looking for another place because this place is really no good.

Food was mediocre at best and they ran out a lemonade so we said water was fine and brought a small cup of water instead of a bottle when we paid like $6 for lemonade. They swapped it for a soda but I had to ask.

We booked the character dining here this trip. The food was fine for a buffet style. We had a little one with an egg allergy and was treated like a serious inconvenience to try and find out what he could eat. The supervisor spent 20 mins looking for an allergy menu for us. No chief to help all the food seems to come pre-packaged. Anything with bread was off limits this included hamburgers and pizza so our eight year old got to eat a piece of meat and fruit. The characters were awesome very interactive and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the organization of the seating left some tables getting multiple visits and us and a few others giving up after an hour of waiting. One group left early after getting skipped twice, but our group stuck it out till we were out of time.

Honestly, literally eat anywhere else but here. The staff is super rude. I came in here to order my food and I had bought a souvenir cup that comes with refills and they refused to honor it. I had receipt in hand. They insisted I either order a drink from them or go find a refill machine despite their drink machine stating refills. I’ve been here a bit and never had this issue anywhere else in the park. They were just being lazy. Who knows what else is going on behind the scenes with peoples food if they can’t even take time to fill drinks.
