I appreciated their willingness to make substitutions to meet my dietary restrictions. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp, and the chicken tenders were good quality. Everyone enjoyed their food. The honey mustard and ranch dressings were also particularly good. There was some waiting for things here and there as they were busy and seemed like the waitress had a lot of responsibilities.

Just an amazing space that brings back the feel of Reba’s with an excellent selection of food! They have offerings in the $10 range all the way up to prime steaks for that big night celebration. No matter the price point this place is worth it, even for just a $3.50 big side of their tasty Tator tots!! Everything that was at the table was something I wanted bad and I wasn’t even that hungry for our friends meetup!! The chicken fried chicken was about the size of a football!

It was easy to get in on a Friday night as well. I’ll definitely be considering this over Applebees.

Thanks to the kind staff who was very helpful, accommodating with answering questions and making us a great old fashioned. This place along with Moxies in town is so up and coming and a welcoming atmosphere to Newton.

Cadillac jacks is my new stop and thank goodness it’s here esp because it’s easier than going to Wichita for a night out.

Our first visit since they reopened under new ownership.

We started with the jalapeno Bottlecaps, and these were pretty darn good. The spicy jalapeños were cut a lot thicker than expected which was a plus!! You can tell they were cut fresh due to the texture and fragrance of the peppers. Deep fried to perfection.

I really enjoyed the KC strip. It was exceptionally tender, delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The green beans were fine. Nothing special, but I ate all 14 oz of steak so sides were unnecessary.

Regarding the Black and Blue salad, they didn’t ask us what finished temperature we desired. The meat was well done. Not ideal for sirloin, but certainly a decent meal.

Overall the experience was good and we’ll for sure be back. Newly opened restaurants always have a few things to work on, gotta learn as you go sometimes!

Best steak, and local!! that Ive had! Super tender, and cooked just as ordered- I had the blue cheese filet!!. I was impressed with the menu and its variety of delicious dishes. The restaurant has an intriguing atmosphere with a worldly flair. I was very happy with my meal, service and the price . Look forward to going back soon!!

My steak tips were correctly cooked to rare and were very tasty. They were served with gravy, on a bed of mashed potatoes, both of which were also good. The green beans were bland and overcooked, but the side salad was fresh and I enjoyed the blue cheese dressing. Our onion ring appetizer was also excellent. My companion had the chicken fried steak which, oddly, was *not* served with mashed potatoes. I am completely baffled by that. The breading was flavorful, and the gravy good, and I gave her some of my excessive amount of mashed potatoes. One thing I will mention is that despite having a “handicapped” entrance, there are stairs inside the restaurant that preclude anyone in a wheelchair actually entering the dining room. The service was good and everyone was friendly. Timing was a bit of an issue; we barely had time for 2 bites of our salads before our entrees arrived. Overall, I can definitely recommend Cadillac Jack’s.

Brought my son here for a mother son date, we got the ribeye steak, it was small, 75%fat, and way too salty. Waitress was super nice until we gave her a cash tip then she got pretty rude and disrespectful and you could tell she wasn’t happy. Will not go back in for that kind of service at a high price.

We reserved the private table in the vault, which made the night special. Service was efficient. Food came out fast and cooked correctly. The chicken fried steak was tender, the catfish was crisp without being greasy, the cheeseburgers were solid, and the mushrooms and okra were done right. Strong execution across the board.

5 customers. 2 tables. Took over 25 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even correct. The Mac & cheese was terrible! The pasta was under cooked. Not al-dente more like crunchy. Sauce runny with an overwhelming amount of herbs instead bottom of the bowl. A mushroom Swiss burger was served with a few cold mushrooms and the expected cheese. How can a server forget the upcharged side and other special requests when the place had 2 tables with a total of 5 customers? plus the front entryway was so dirty! I don’t think the window on the door has ever been cleaned! When someone tells you it’s the first visit wouldn’t you go out of your way to make the experience great??? I won’t be back!

Well the atmosphere was good. Started kinda rough and went downhill from there. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the waitress definitely needs more training. Like learning to finish what she’s doing with the customer she is with before addressing another customer. That would probably help with some of their confusion. I got the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. The corn was good. Mashed potatoes were good and real. The steak meat was good and tender but the breading is another story. It wasn’t to think but it had no flavor whatsoever. If you’re going through the extra time to make it all in house. It’s not difficult to season the breading. My fiance had the cat fish, mashed potatoes and salad. Salad was good. Came with hush puppies as well. The hush puppies were good deep on the inside. The outside was pretty bad soaked up a lot of the fryer grease. Her fish had the same problem and the fish was all mushy. She only did about two bites. The coleslaw with it was not good. Seemed to be all vinegar and no sugar. Kind of surprised the dinners didn’t come with some kind of bread like a dinner roll or something like pretty much every other steakhouses do. She did order the blackberry lemonade and it was good. They did do a $3 discount for the bad fish. If they plan on staying in business they are definitely going to have to lower their prices and/or step up their game. Might go back but it will be awhile.

Lettuce in salad was so large, everything fell out of bowl trying to eat. Steak was not tender. Knife did not cut easily and you had to chew many times to get it down. Waiter only showed up when he brought food. I don’t plan on coming back especially at this pricing.
