I was at the state fair and everyone raves about this place so I gave it a shot. The brisket sandwich sounded good so I tried it. Taste wasn’t bad but it didn’t taste right. I was expecting a beef brisket sandwich but turns out its a pork brisket. Advertising needs to be better. Next time I will try a burger.
