I have been here atleast 3 times at different hours & ordered the same thing to see if consistency in service, food temp, portion & presentation of dish were the same. Im glad to review that it was. Upon entering, I’ve always been greeted by a friendly face, I was sat quickly & Drinks are always kept refilled. Quaint little place that comes with portions large enough that you will leave full. Full bar menu w/the usual drinks/mixed drinks a Spanish/Mexican restaurant has.
I have now been back several times for the loaded nachos with ground beef & sautéed veggies which is my favorite.

No horchata. Completely Forgot my food so I had to wait for it to be made and it came out once everyone else at my table was done eating. Food was good but ive had better. Portion sizes are okay. Drink was empty for the whole time while I waited for my food to come out. Manager did good refilling our chips and salsa.

Stopped in Cactus Grill for lunch today. Both dishes were saucy the steak chimichanga had a queso and green tomatillo sauce. It was very good but it needed a little heat so I got a side of hot sauce. Their hot sauce is homemade and not for the week of heart. The second dish was a beef enchiladas with a mole sauce. I have to say the Mole sauce was over powering. Way too much clove and allspice for me. If you like Mole sauce I would recommend getting it on the side it might not be what you’re use to. We also had a mini chicken taco appetizer that was deep fried with a Chipotle mayo dipping sauce.

The place is nice, the atmosphere was welcoming, but the food was ok. It tasted fine, I got chicken enchiladas,my wife ordered the flatas. I wasn’t expecting to be asked what type of tortilla I wanted my enchilada in, so it threw me off. My wife is Mexican and even she thought that was weird. The chicken was good, the rice was good in both meals, but later that evening, during the Komets game, we started feeling ill. We went home, and everything was good until the middle of the night both of us were taking turns in the bathroom. Idk if it was the food itself or the oils everything were cooked in, but we were messed up for hours. Made our Sunday very crappy.

My first time there and i loved the experience! Server was very nice and friendly. food was great! I definitely recommend their flavored lemonades, queso dip they have. Portion sizes are worth the price took half of it home lol. Definitely will be going back!

The $5.00 margaritas sign was originally brought us in. They were great. We met the owner he was very nice and attentive. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. We didn’t eat but we had some chips and salsa and they were good. Next time we are in the area I would totally eat here. The floor was sticking and your shoes made noise when walking. All and all a nice place, he said they have been open for 5 months.

Went for dinner on Saturday night. Initially was excited after looking over the menu. Chips and salsa were great. My friend and I each ordered a dinner- I got Birria Tacos with a side of rice and she ordered Flautas. The food took an hour to come to the table- they had 1 really large party to serve as well but weren’t too busy otherwise. When the food did arrive, the meat in my tacos was VERY skimpy. The rice was very underdone and over salted. My friend’s flautas were soggy. When the waiter returned I asked them about the lack of meat in the tacos and he brought more, then I tried them. Extremely over salted as well. We each ate only a third of what we got and didn’t take home the rest. Unfortunately will not be returning here.
