Great spot for Bahn Mi, coffees, and rotating desserts. We’ve ordered here many times and the food has always been excellent. Today we ordered bbq pork bahn mi (get extra meat (only $1.50 more) and jalapeños), pork buns, and the ube egg tarts. The Ube Egg Tarts were so delicious! In fact everything was delicious! The Bahn Mi bread was crispy, light and chewy. The pickled veggies were crunchy and the bbq pork was great. slightly fatty good chunks of tender pork. The owner was awesome and chatted with us for a bit. Let us know to come in earlier to get a better shot at some of their unique egg rolls. All in all a great Vietnamese cafe with great food drinks and desserts

We absolutely loved our visit to CA PHE! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The drinks were outstanding — the artful matcha was not only beautiful but also delicious, and the Vietnamese iced coffee had the perfect balance of strong, smooth, and refreshing. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Definitely a new favorite spot for coffee and a chill hangout next time I am in Colorado! Highly recommend.

Finally found an excellent Bahn mi spot in Thornton. The service at the counter was excellent and their recommendations were fantastic. The refresher drink were bomb. We got the Dragonfruit and Coconut Matcha refreshers. The sandwiches were so good too. My wife got the egg white bahn mi and I got the grilled pork. The bread was fresh and crispy, but not cut the roof of your mouth crunchy like some spots. Both sandwiches were well seasoned and nice and full of meat, pickled daikon radish, cucumbers and carrots. Overall 10/10 we will be back again.

SO GOOD!!! Restaurant is adorable and very clean. Coffee is yummy of course, but the sandwich! I got the lemongrass grilled pork Banh mi and it is so full of flavor, fresh veggies, and the bread has an amazing texture. So excited to have this family owned business nearby, can’t wait to come back and try more!

Love love love this coffee shop. The bánh mì bún bò Huế was so good—familiar flavors but super creative putting it into a bánh mì. The egg coffee and bánh bao took me right back to my childhood and reminded me of my bà ngoại’s cooking.
The decor is super trendy and inviting—makes me want to spend the whole day working from here. Cozy, stylish, and just a great vibe overall. Can’t wait to see how far this place goes.

We went for their soft opening and are very pleased with the food and service. We got a BBQ pork and a Roast Pork Bahn Mi, with an egg coffee to drink.
The bread was the right combination of crispy and soft, the fresh vegetables were perfectly pickled, the BBQ pork had amazing flavor with a bit of spice, although overly fatty at times. The ratio of meat to vegetables was great. The roast pork had a very nice crisp skin, which I haven’t experienced at other places.
The egg coffee was complex, with sweet flavors up front and the bitterness of the coffee at the end. I’d never had egg coffee before, but I will certainly order it again.
We felt the prices were reasonable, with good portions, and a very friendly staff. The atmosphere was very clean and modern. We will be back for the grand opening.

Today was my second time coming to Ca Phe. I didn’t think the sandwiches were that tasty the first time around but I wanted to give this place another try. I got the roast pork and house special this time, last time, it was the house special and lemongrass pork. I asked for extra mayo and it doesn’t taste like I got any mayo in my roast pork sandwich. I am very disappointed again because the sandwich tastes more plain than last time I got it. The veggies are very skimp and the sandwich is very dry. I don’t even see any pate on it as well. At this point, I don’t even want to try the house special anymore. And must I mention, the prices for these sandwiches are kind of outrageous, $12 for a premium sandwich that has no taste/flavor, one cilantro stalk and one jalapeño slice on each side, and minimal daikon and carrots. I don’t plan to go back.

I love the Relaxing Peach Tea. It’s delicious, refreshing and even comes with a piece of peach!!!
