Food is always delicious. I have had most of the items on the menu and haven’t found something I don’t like. Service is always super fast. Don’t think I’ve ever had my food take more than 10 minutes. They also do call in orders which is sweet.

Wonderful restaurant in Medicine Bow! In town for hunting and staying at the nearby Virginian Hotel. The interior of the dining room has rustic frescoes all across the ceiling. Our server was attentive and fun. The food was delicious. We had jalapeño poppers, a prime rib French dip, and an awesome ribeye steak, which I absolutely recommend. We finished up with a brownie and ice cream. Oh and the coffee is STRONG! Hopefully we will be back in the area soon and will be sure to visit the C-spear again.

Great Service! Nice and clean and the food was really good. Ordered Cole Slaw and asked how the sauce part was and was told it is made when you order! We asked for it to be a little more saucy and it was Delicious! We also got the cheesecake and it was really good. Will definitely stop in when we are back in the area!

Extremely friendly staff. They are attentive and helpful. Our server did it all. He served food and tended bar. No matter how busy he was being the only server he made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend it and will be back.

The ham and cheese omelet was delicious, but the star of the show was the hash brown triangle wedges. When we went, they were fairly busy for only having two employees and those employees busted butt to make sure everyone got served timely. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.

Medicine Bow is out in the middle of nowhere. We didn’t know what would be there. It looks like C Spear is the only place to eat in town. The outside of the building is well kept. The inside reflects the same. Staff very friendly. Ordered the French dip. It was superb. The side of onion rings was done to perfection! Great experience! Thank y’all!

I had the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap, light on the Ceasar, and Cole Slaw. Everything tasted very good but…I have never had cubbed chicken feel like this. It was actually kind of crunchy and almost made me think I was eating a cross between a crunchy vegetable like celery and a tough old chicken. My first thought was, am I eating a big piece of cartilage? The taste was very good, but I can’t get over the hardness and feel of the chicken. The chicken was room temperature, so I know it was not partially frozen. Unfortunately, I will probably not buy this again.

We enjoyed our dinner here on our overnight stopover in Medicine Bow. Besides having a full bar selection they also allow the purchase of carry out alcohol. Please note the VERY changeable hours depending on the day of the week. You would not want to show up and they were closed which is easy to do. We visited September 2023.
