Akashi Sushi absolutely deserves all five stars. The service was welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The nigiri convoy was perfect — incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. I also tried the wonton soup, and it was perfect as well, warm, comforting, and delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The first time I dined here, I loved it so much, I came back 3 times in one week! I have gotten several dishes, and all have been super fresh and delicious! The sushi is 100% trustable. It is always high quality. My favorite appetizer is the Yellowtail Jalapeño. So yummy!
I also love the menu’s variety. There is surely something for everyone! OH-and don’t get me started on the sauces…..the spicy ponzu is sooo good, I almost want to drink it! Try the Akashi Fashion Roll, it comes with the ponzu sauce to dip, and oh my, it is delightful for the taste buds.

Love this place. Definitely one of my favorite sushi chains in town, and their volcano roll is amazing! Big portions, fair pricing, great selection of options on the menu. There’s something for everyone.
Plenty of seating, clean, welcoming atmosphere. Servers are all friendly and helpful, customer service is excellent.
Highly recommend stopping by and trying the volcano roll, their lunch specials are also great. Definitely a must try for sushi fans, check it out!

Lana was a phenomenal waitress—attentive, kind, and made our dinner experience feel effortless. The vibe was great, and if you visit on a Friday or Saturday, the bartender truly shines. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve had—balanced and perfectly crafted. Highly recommend for both the service and the drinks!

This might have been some of the best shrimp fried rice that I’ve ever had. All of the food taste so fresh! The service was friendly and amazing Christy was so engaging and fun! I highly recommend trying their new sake and the whiskey smash! Everything was chef kiss deelish!

Came in late on Wednesday around 8PM. We were greeted my the hostess and seated immediately. The server was nice and friendly with the kids. Food came out extremely quickly. House salad was delicious but huge. I split it with another and still couldn’t finish it. Sushi tasted very fresh. The octopus was tasty but slightly chewy from being overcooked. The fried chicken was crunchy with a hint of spiciness which was amazing. My kids enjoyed their chicken fried rice as well. Portion sizes were huge as the fried rice could easily feed 3 adults. Ample free parking out front. Would return and definitely recommend!

This location makes excellent food. They are always busy. The chicken curry is spicy and creamy. The sushi never disappoints. The chicken katsu is my daughter’s favorite food. This Akashi needs to train the cook at the Riley Fuzzel location.

Nice atmosphere and ambiance. If you just want to relax or bring a date. This is a great place. Service is good and the food is great. Sushi portions are very generous and you can absolutely taste the freshness. There was a ocean party in my mouth. Awesome service. Fresh UNI!!
