The place is small with a few tables and a counter top by the window. A few soda fridges. Staff is friendly. It has an old school feel to it. Clean and simple. The prices are very reasonable.
Back to the pizza. I had a large Cheese 15”. $13.50. It is the best pizza I have ever had. It’s better than the pizza I had in NYC, which is saying a lot since that is a world famous city for pizza.
I will be coming here again to this small town just to eat this amazing pizza.

Absolutely delicious pizza. Definitely need to get my man from barstool sports to come check it out. Great undercarriage, crispy crust, delicious toppings, and a great sauce. Service was great, and the atmosphere is what you want from a mom and pop pizza place. So good I only took one picture. Don’t let it fool you though, this place is a must visit if your in Hartford VT.

We arrived late to our campsite and ordered pizza. C&S Pizza arrived quickly and the food was delicious. I love Italian grinders and find it near impossible to get a good one. I was thrilled to see one on their menu.

Excellent pizza that is between thin crust and pan. Did half BBQ Chicken and half Supreme; delicious. Reasonable price for specialty large pizza ($22). Cool atmosphere if you stay and eat in as well. Order ahead as it takes about 20 minutes for a large specialty pizza.

3rd time I’ve ordered from this place, immediately after taking the first bite got nauseous and began vomiting. I thought it was a fluke, but I’ve had multiple friends/people i work with have the same issues with their food. Plus was informed they are very rude there. I would not waste my money or time here again.

Best pizza. Hands down. Anywhere in the area for at least an hour or more. Know why? This is what they do. Old school. And they have been making the same pizza like this for decades. You walk in to a place that could almost be straight out of the 70s or 80. It’s a timeless, classic pizza joint. The owner is a servant leader guy. He doesn’t talk much because he’s too busy doing. And by that i mean cooking. But if it’s on the menu, he’ll be sure to get you what you want. And if you want food that exceeds the vibe of this place, you’ll probably love it.

I was in White River Junction, Vermont for several days for business and I came here for lunch and dinner on two separate occasions. The food was so good and I love pizza, so it was an easy choice to go back. I would have eaten here more if there weren’t so many other restaurants to try out in the area.
On my first visit, for dinner, I was super hungry and went with a small pizza with sausage and mushrooms and a side of cheese sticks. The pizza was very fresh and piping hot, so I started on the cheese sticks first. They were good and served with marinara sauce. The pizza was simply amazing: the crust and sauce was so good and the toppings were really delicious.
On my next visit, for lunch, I asked the guy if I should try a calzone or a grinder, and he said both are really good, but maybe try the calzone, so I went with that. I had one with sausage and mushrooms (my two favorite ingredients). Again, it was served hot and fresh and was super tasty with the marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
The place feels a little quirky and the front door is really loud every time someone comes in and out, but what really matters is the good service and excellent food that I had. And the prices seemed reasonable to me for what I got. If I have to come back here, I will definitely visit C&S Pizza again.

They were open and really close to the hotel during a snow storm. I had the cheeseburger sub and it was bland. The stuffed shells were really good.
