I love this place. It has been a staple of mine ever since I moved to Florida in 1996. Great to see two young men grow such a great bootstrap business, from the furniture and tables up. And such great food. Here’s the stickiness. I asked for my favorite dish Chicken and artichoke linguine. A takeout order before they closed. I got home and realized that they gave me some kind of Primavera dish. Which is not close to what I ordered. Again this is a great place. One order messed up in 27 years isn’t all that bad.

Wow! What a great casual restaurant with upscale food and service. On a business trip, just looking for lunch. Had a 1/4 rotisserie chicken with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Excellent food. Really Excellent. And every single member of the staff was friendly, engaging and pleasant. Great people! Very helpful.

Ordered 1/4 chk dark meat. I doubt there was 3 oz of meat. Drum size of a weiner thigh inch diameter. Sides barely filled the space. I’ve been a regular customer of PBG LOCATION. Always had large portions and chicken was there large and juicy. Check box before leaving if in Palm Springs. Take out order

bought a regular chicken salad, and it barely had any chicken — they gave me a burnt one and just lettuce. What a surprise when I opened the box! For $14.39, honestly, it would’ve been better to buy a sandwich at Publix.

Best roast chicken cooked right in front of you! Juicy and cut on the spot. The chicken noodle soup is the best you will ever have. The noodles are nice and firm and there’s plenty of roast chicken in there!

I have been a fan since inception. Yesterday was very disappointing. I ordered a white meat meal with 2 sides. The breast was very small, maybe 4 Oz. They included a thigh but I don’t eat dark meat. I also got a pint of chicken noodle soup, full of dark meat that was gray in color!! Probably came from the underside of a chicken. It was a Doordash delivery, maybe they thought they could get away with that. IF I ever frequent the place again, I will do pick up and monitor what they are doing to my order!

Ordered a half of chicken white WELL DONE and it had some pink to the chicken. Asked for a smokey pasta instead. Noodles were not cooked all the way. Sauce was watery. It was horrible. CR I know this is not your norm. For $16 bucks do better

Everyone was friendly, and even though they were busy, they food was amazing. The chicken is so moist and juicy. I was impressed. I’m not gonna lie though, the apple pie is my favorite! It’s like you get to have apple cobbler and apple pie at the same time! The slice is freaking massive and the size of two or three pieces at other places. I was really impressed with how good & at the right temp everything was with them being so busy. A lot of places start to slack when they are busy and that was not what happens here.
Side note: I already was picking at the apple pie when I took the photo, and the phot does not do the pie justice. Freaking massiveeeee.

I took my food to go. The guy taking the order was so nice! Gave me a small taste of the chicken salad. I enjoyed my chicken it was super tender. The fresh cooked bread yummmm. And cold gazpacho was very good. Over all I will order again. Trying the BBQ next time.

Hidden gem. Food was great. Menu is a variety of chicken items. I’ve had the chicken breast sandwich and pasta items in the past. Side items were filling. Mashed potatoes, pasta salad, carrots, green beans, and other sides are delicious. They cater as well. Prices and portion sizes are reasonable. I look forward to my next visit. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help you out with your order. They are busy, but it’s worth the wait!
