This is an amazing little spot. Small building, BIG flavor. They’re smashed double burgers are incredible, my kids enjoyed and ATE ALL OF their food (chicken tenders/hot dog and fries). I had the Mushroom Swiss combo and it hit everything you could ask for in a diner-style burger.

Was watching a review on TikTok and the reviewer recommended this place. He wasn’t wrong at all. The food is delicious. The frys were seasoned with the right crispness. The Yadkinville hot chicken is out of this world good. The smash patties were crisp and flavorful. If you have a sweet tooth get the milk & honey coffee milkshake. I had to share it but really didn’t want to. That good.

Jeff and Stephanie are the best and provide great customer service. We were referred to this place by a friend, and we were not disappointed. My husband and I have been back a few times and will continue to come because their smash burgers, fries, and hotdogs are AMAZING and DELICIOUS!!! This has to be one of the best burger places in the Winston Salem and Yadkinville area. Would highly recommend this place to those who want fresh and cook to order food, clean atmosphere, and friendly customer service!! Thanks, Jeff

This place started off strong but now suffers from small town syndrome. Since this town has limited options, people will still dine there. It’s not a bad place. It’s very small with limited staff. Its burgers have basically maintained, however everything else seems to suffer.
The fries are soggy and borderline mush. The seasoning on top is so strong now that it makes me cough. Fried chicken is meh. Salad also meh. I hardly ever get my order correct whenever I place pick up order during lunch hours.
When they opened, you could feel how they cared. Now it’s hurriedly slopped at you. Again, considering the lack of options in this town – this place will do just fine. It’s just sad this place went from “ooh yeah! let’s go there!” to “ehh, do we really wanna go there?”

Highly recommend C.J.’s Roadside. We stopped in today for the first time and will be back. Impressive, delicious burgers and the fries are awesome! Super clean inside and employees have excellent customer service skills.

Oh man. These guys are the #1 on Yelp in Yadkinville for a reason. Had the #1 Double Smashbirger house special with fries. Fantastic. I added jalepenos for a kick. Nice people. Met the owner…CJ,,,, Chef Jack!! Super nice and everyone made sure we were taken care of. Will eat here again next time I’m in town.
