The lady that helped us and served us was awesome. We had a recommendation that they had really good hamburgers even though they’re a seafood place. So we ordered a regular hamburger and the jalapeno one. We were not disappointed. The lady was very helpful in sharing about other things. Fried oyster po-boy was decent. Little bland but easy to spice up with hot sauce. I liked the way they prepared it for take out by separating components so nothing was soggy.
Wife said lo-mein was “all right”.
Kids chicken strips was not worth $8, fries were stale and gross.
Staff was friendly, fast, professional and had great energy.

This is one of those places that is a hidden gem. The front of the restaurant offers no curb appeal and walking inside the decors is no better. There was only one waitress and she was run ragged trying to take care of the many customers coming in. That’s the first clue that this place is not what it looks like; the constant stream of people coming in. The reason they are so busy is that the food is fantastic! I had the fried shrimp and they were exquisite. Shrimp that were so fresh that they slept in the Gulf the night before, battered with a light crust, then perfectly cooked before being served hot. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food. I will absolutely be back for more!
