Came in starving and left in pure food coma bliss. The spread was insane: a massive loaded hot dog piled high with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and what looks like relish or peppers – it was juicy, messy in the best way, and exploding with flavor. Then there’s these perfectly charred ribs, glistening with juices and ever so tender – cooked to perfection, tender, and ridiculously tasty. And don’t even get me started on the double smash patty burger with melted cheese, jalapeños , and those crispy edges… paired with a mountain of crispy golden fries that were hot, salty, and addictive.

Now this is what a smash burger is supposed to be like. I have been a fan since last year at suhoor fest and they don’t disappoint. Their burger patty is perfectly crispy on the edges, super flavorful and the customer service is top tier. Their ordering ahead feature is also really convenient. Overall an 11/10 and it has become my go to when I crave a smash burger.

Had a bacon hot dog with fries. It was very flavorful and had a good amount of sauce that wouldn’t overpower the meat itself. The fries was cooked just right.
There were ample places to sit and eat. A bit of a tight squeeze between tables, but easy to move.
Great customer service. If something was wrong with an order they came out of the truck to ask the customer.

We ordered the burger bomb from Bibz n Ribz and it was fantastic. Lots of restaurants that serve fries with toppings often fall short with soggy fries. The fries here were perfect, crispy outside and fluffy inside. The smash burger patty and sauce were great as well. Definitely try out this food truck.

I was near the convention center until late one night during GTC-NVDIA, I was craving some halal food and was delighted to find some of the things that I usually see on the streets but cannot eat in a halal version I could enjoy.
