Pedro was absolutely outstanding and made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism, instantly making us feel comfortable and welcomed. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional—he took the time to explain each drink in detail, offered thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences, and clearly knew the craft behind every cocktail he prepared.
What truly set Pedro apart was his attentiveness and passion for his work. He checked in at just the right moments, made sure everything was perfect, and maintained such a positive, engaging presence throughout the evening. If you are looking for expensive prepared/packaged food brought to you after way too long of sitting without anyone helping or trying… and like a bland environment… this is your place. Headed back to the room to order DoorDash! Stay away from the chips and dip…. How do you mess up chips and dip?!?!

We visited from another hotel and the Byrn Grille did not disappoint! The Mahi fish tacos were amazing. Maria and Sarah took such wonderful care of us, even getting us a private dining room for our anniversary dinner. 10 stars!

It may have been fine if I had gone down to the restaurant. But I am a current hotel guest and apparently this restaurant handles the room service and this room service breakfast it is horrible – cold, horribly presented, take out containers and plastic cutlery instead of real plates and real silverware etc. etc. – AND despite calling them and telling them I was unhappy about this and I didn’t get my coffee I ordered *I Still* I never did get the coffee. I had walk down to Starbucks and go get some coffee. Ridiculousness.

This was my first time back at the Westin since before COVID. I had heard the hotel was also damaged by the ice storm this past year. The hotel looked fine but the restaurant and bar areas were much less crowded than the pre COVID days. The menu has changed from what I recalled. I had the Caesar salad with grilled salmon – the salmon was cooked nicely (medium) but the salad was under whelming. The staff were friendly but not overly attentive.
