We (four adults) visited Aji for a birthday celebration and could not have enjoyed it more! We highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service (everyone was so helpful, personable, and friendly) and for the next-level food. Our group enjoyed the Korean BBQ, tempura basket, rainbow sushi, fried gyoza and more. If you have a birthday, be sure to mention it, as they bring out an amazing dry-ice stand with mochi ice cream for dessert! Everything was beyond delicious and the entire experience was perfection.

Aji Sushi & Grill is an excellent spot and quickly became one of my favorites in the area. The food is fresh, flavorful, and comes in portions that honestly blew me away. If you go, I highly recommend trying the Bento dinner box—it’s an absurd amount of food and absolutely worth it. You get a variety of dishes all packed into one meal, and every single item is delicious. The sushi rolls are well-prepared with great texture and balance, and the cooked options were just as good. Service here is friendly and attentive, and they do a great job of keeping things moving even when it’s busy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for a casual dinner, date night, or even a small celebration. Prices are fair considering the quality and quantity of what you get. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends along.

Uniquely, they offer miso soup to everyone upon seating and warm scented wet towels for cleaning your hands. Very friendly service and kind staff!

A pleasant place. A nice atmosphere. Very tasty sushi. But the beer tasted terrible. It would be good to have at least two classic beers available. Not everyone likes Asian beer with its sour taste. Many people prefer Belgian or Bavarian style beers.

A nice Japanese restaurant serving traditional Japanese dishes and sushi. Service was quick, food was tasty. Chirashi lunch came with side tempura also at $33. They also offer special chirashi at $55.

It doesn’t look like a 2 single serving.
I ordered 2 dishes… I think they forced it to be 16 pieces. They probably put the leftovers in a size that would fit a few in someone’s bento- box. They didn’t offer any help. Businesses need to be honest so customers know … they’re trying to save money. I was suspect it. It’s not a matter of just making the number 8×8=16 of course I paid tips too.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The sushi was outstanding, with generous portions and exceptional flavors. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with hot soup and a warm towel—perfect touches for colder weather. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving quality Japanese cuisine.

I just moved to Washington a little over 6 months ago and since then have been exploring various sushi places trying to find the best one. This one definitely takes the cake for the best I’ve been in yet.
The atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant was a bit crowded but not overstimulating or too loud at all. Plenty of space in between seatings and a beautiful interior establishment. They sat us in front of the sushi bar, the chairs were comfortable, and we were able to view some of the unique sushi preparations! For one of the rolls, the chef used a huge torch which really added to the ambience.
They gave us hot towels upon sitting down to clean our hands with and at that point, I have to admit, I was scared about what the check would look like! But lo and behold, it was seriously the best deal alongside the high quality sushi we were served. This is also the first sushi place that I was ever tempted to buy a veggie roll at (I LOVE sushi, specifically the fish) and I was not disappointed. I’m happy I tried my first veggie roll here.
All in all, my partner and I had a great time and will definitely return for many times to come. Give it a try if you’re considering!

The atmosphere here is surpurb. My family and I had just sat down at another restaurant and left for being rushed to order and not being important enough for a straw. Here at AJI we were welcomed, greeted and respected. Our hands were cleaned at the table. Pics below. Atmosphere was so positive, all staff were nice and attentative.. Food was fresh and light and wonderful. Omg I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
