A truly great burger joint a bit off the beaten path in Warsaw.
The space is small and all glass with the hot station sitting in the middle.
The burgers range anywhere from classic to somewhat fancy and local versions. I quite enjoyed the way the patties are properly grilled and constructed in a way that makes them fluffy and meaty. The burger doesn’t leak or fall apart when eaten, another nod to proper technique and construction.
The pastrami sandwich was as well constructed as the burger but wasn’t quite as tasty as I prefer. The meat was smoky but a touch dry. Good, just not great but then the best pastrami comes from places where it’s sold in huge volumes and don’t need to compete with burgers.
An excellent burger restaurant in Warsaw that we like to visit.

This is the best burger I have ever had in Warsaw! The burgers were flavorful and the meat was exactly what we wanted. The service was very welcoming, they speak very well in English. Despite the fact that the place was full of people, we got our orders quickly. The location and atmosphere are amazing.

BYDŁO i POWIDŁO is hands down one of the best places in town for a truly satisfying burger experience. The meat was exceptionally good—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made from high-quality cuts of beef clod. The fresh ingredients used in every burger really elevate the flavors, making each bite a delight. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
I did order my burger medium rare, but it came out closer to medium, maybe even slightly more done than expected. However, the overall taste and quality still made it an excellent meal. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere adds to the experience, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy some delicious comfort food.
A word of advice: definitely make a reservation ahead of time! This place is very popular, and the queue to be seated can get quite long, especially during peak hours. Despite the small hiccup with the doneness, BYDŁO i POWIDŁO is a fantastic spot for burger lovers and worth the visit if you’re in town.

A local burger spot with modern industrial décor, featuring an open kitchen and grill. From the moment I walked in, Matt, the server, was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He recommended a few options, and I went with the California burger with avocado, chipotle mayo (super!), and cheddar cheese. The home fries were crispy, though a bit cold. The burger itself was delicious—juicy and full of flavor. The only downside was that the milk brioche bun got a little soggy from the sauces and avocado spread. Still, it was really tasty overall. A small creme brulee for dessert rounded off a fine dinner. I’d definitely come back to try some of their other burgers.

My favorite steak place in Warsaw! I’ve been to several and this is by far my favorite. I always get the ribeye — which is always perfection. The house salad is delicious! And now I’ve moved on to trying the desserts. Definitely worth ordering a whole dessert for yourself!
The service is professional and the staff is attentive. Also a good wine selection and ambience. I look forward to coming here as often as I can!

But there are big questions about the service, it was not critically bad, but the residue remained.

The burgers at this establishment are delightfully flavorful, enhancing the overall dining experience. The ambiance complements the meal perfectly, creating a pleasing atmosphere. However, do take note that the burger orders don’t come with fries and salad included, which might be something you expect. All in all, still a commendable place for burger lovers!
