The staff is friendly and the burgers are amazing. Fresh and juicy, cooked exactly how I asked for them to be cooked and the toppings were very fresh as well. These burgers were big. Nothing about this place made me want to give it a second chance. We entered around 5 p.m. The atmosphere was dismal. And the place just didn’t feel clean. Service was fine. The food was meh. My husband had a salad and couldn’t stomach the thousand island dressing. Not sure if it was homemade and had gone bad or if it was just awful. I tasted it and it was “off”. Didn’t even know this place was here but glad I found it. It’s something different from the restaurants we have. The food was absolutely amazing. The portion sizes were great and the price wasn’t bad either. If your looking for something out of the norm I recommend going here. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet. If you are BLACK THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES.NOT WANT YOU IN THERE. As an Uber driver you will.have out of state trips. I like to support local businesses when I can. I regret this decision. I walked in, there were no instructions to be seated so I walked to the counter. Placed my order and took a seat. I watched as people were brought their meals on plates. I got my meal in a to go box. Why? I never said this was to go and the person behind the counter never asked. I had to pick up my own food and silverware while other tables were brought their food and attended to. I SAT at a table ate my food and left. It’s hard being a black woman. You get disrespected everywhere, even when you pay and even when you tip. This is clearly a WHITES ONLY restaurant. Don’t waste your money supporting this business. Can I get my tip back?
