Reviews
On top of all that the up charges i couldnt let it all go. So disappointed!
I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time we have had bad meals. After many chances this will have to be our last.
The food was ok but my T-bone for example had to be the thinnest cut I have ever seen. Ordered medium rare, much of it was way over cooked. Not hard to imagine with such a thin slice.
The three other plates came with fries, but none were crispy.
The desserts however were great.
Both times our food was supposedly “ready” when we arrived, yet we stood in the lobby for several minutes while multiple staff members walked by without offering a word of help. The first time, by the time we finally got our order, everything was completely cold.
Tonight was somehow even worse. Two employees at the counter stood right in front of me, swearing about other staff members, instead of helping customers. We ordered burgers — every single one was undercooked, and one was downright unsafe with bright red, raw chunks inside. The burgers were so greasy that the buns were soaked and falling apart.
To top it off, we ordered tartar sauce, got ranch instead, and were charged around $1.50 per condiment.
Just an absolute letdown from what this place used to be. I really wish Granite had a solid burger spot, but after tonight, we’ll be driving to Snohomish or Lake Stevens for something better. Sadly, I doubt we’ll be back.
