We had an incredible dinner, and the burgers are easily the standout—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on high-quality buns. we had such a great time here and the food was delicious, we had the Guinness Onion n’ Bacon Burger WITH THEIR HOUSE MADE FRIES and the chicken white bean soup, finished with the cinnamon bun bread pudding dessert!
We did not initially think we would enjoy the burger, sounded weird with the horseradish. But let me tell you, THIS WAS WELL BALANCED AND FANTASTIC!!! The fries were house made and also very very tasty!! The cinnamon pudding with vanilla ice cream ontop DELICIOUS!!!
They do charge a $2-3 fee if you want THEM to split your entree in the back and bring the one entree out in 2 plates, understandable.
Waitstaff was very friendly and even when a lady fell down the stairs, they made it right by giving her her meal for free! They can have all my money next time I come to the area!!! Sat us down right away too!!

We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was very attentive and the food delicious. Short rib sandwich and an guiness onion & bacon burger. Sides dill potato salad and sweet potato fries. Portions great (would expect so for the price). I order my burgers medium well (no judgement please) and usually end up getting a well done burger. This was cooked perfectly with just a little pink. We will happily come again.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor. Our server was not attentive at all. I understand it was the holiday season and a busy tourist area, but we were never asked if we needed refills on drinks—neither alcoholic beverages nor even water AND we were ready to order more drinks which would have made the bill higher, I’m truly confused why weren’t paid attention too, our server in front of ours eyes was very attentive to others tables.
The quesadilla was served cold and had to be remade, but after it was brought back, no one checked in to see if everything was okay with the replacement. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in very bad condition. It clearly needed attention and was messy to the point that it felt unpleasant to use. You have all these young “adults” at the host stand just standing there, they would be at perfect use of their time tidying the bathroom.
As a past hospitality worker, servers need to work their section as a WHOLE so everyone is receiving the same attention.
Overall, the lack of service and cleanliness really took away from what could have been a better experience. Truly disappointing especially during the holiday season, we started out day at peddlers village at YOUR establishment when we should’ve just when somewhere else.

Our trips to Peddler’s Village always include a delightful stop at Buttonwood Grill. Whether you prefer dining al fresco or indoors, they’ve got you covered. The team there is always so welcoming, and on our last visit, our waiter Nathaniel delivered truly fantastic service. When it comes to the food, we consistently enjoy and highly recommend their burgers and grilled chicken sandwich. The burgers are a real treat – perfectly juicy, thick, and incredibly tasty, complemented by their amazing fries! We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences every time we’ve dined at Buttonwood Grill and highly suggest you try them out when you’re in the area.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed our time at the Buttonwood Grill. The “naked” burger was perfect cooked and the sweet potato waffle fries were a great accompaniment. The Cesar salad had a tasty sauce. Lastly the beers were cold and delicious

The Buttonwood Grill was a perfect place for our family to have lunch after rafting on the river. There was something for everyone including two kids 7 and 11. Everyone was pleased with their meals. Pasta with marinara, soft pretzel appetizer, fries, pizza, bison burger, turkey burger and a beef burger. Service was excellent. We would definitely go back!
