Best steak I’ve had in this area. It’s always tender and has a great flavor. They have a salad bar so you can make your own salad. Servers are always really nice and professional also. We enjoy dining out at this establishment.

We visited this restaurant with friends and even though it’s a steakhouse, I was really impressed by how many great vegetarian options they had. While my friends enjoyed their steaks, I had garlic mushrooms, spaghetti, mozzarella sticks, and access to the salad buffet. Everything was delicious!
The staff were incredibly kind and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. It has that classic Western vibe but doesn’t feel overly touristy at all.
I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We loved the atmosphere as so many of the original details of the building were still there. The current owners even kept shine if the decor with legitimate pictures from the Wild West days. Check out the original menu in my photos!

Out of this world, everything about this place absolutely rocks. I never saw the bathroom, but i assume its very clean from the level of care and patience the staff showed. The food is actually just next level, ive never seen anything like this eating out before. They cook steak over wood fires (weather permitting and seasonal) and the salad bar is small but has a good variety of ingredients and sauces… the restaraunt itself is practically a museum/time capsule with all the stuff on the walls… you could probably spend at least 2 whole hours just reading the information and looking at the photos, paintings, and posters. If you’re in the area, it is so incredibly worth it to stop here. You can expect to pay more than you’d pay at somewhere like Cheddar’s or Chilli’s or simillar chain locations, but this is a unique restaraunt with incredible food and incredible decoration and history… you would be doing yourself a disservice if you had the chance to check this place out and didn’t do it.

We stopped here after trying to visit the Petrified Forest. I loved the saloon vibe and all of the historic memorabilia posted everywhere. We split the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection! Ialso got the salad bar which was great! Everything was delicious, and our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town! Thank you for a great experience!

Server was polite and the vintage setup was nice. We ordered 2 steaks, medium. A Tbone for almost $40 and its was like leather. And a top sirloin for $26 that was charred. Neither had any seasoning to speak of either. The veggies consisted of 1/3 cup zucchini and 2 baby carrots on both plates and a baked potato each. For a restaurant that’s been around for an extremely long time I expected so much better. Talked to the server about the steaks and she went to speak to the manager. We got comped $19 and some change for inedible food and left hungry still spending $55+ Will definitely never try again or ever even recommend.

Disappointed there was NO meat on my short ribs. The waitress apologized and offered me something else. My husband was finished eating by the time my BBQ chicken arrived. I did like the chicken, fresh rolls, and found the salad bar to be tasty.

The steaks were great and the server attentive. We had the Sirloin, Prime Rib, and T-bone steak, they were all cooked to order and delicious! Baked potatoes were meh, but veggies were great. The pork ribs were not great, ended up sharing the steaks with the others. It’s pricey but the food is good. The decor is neat and has a great vibe. I would recommend.
Oh and I forgot, not sure if they decided not to turn on the heater due to low attendance, but it was FREEZING. We didn’t take off our jackets and we were still cold. It would probably be nicer in the summer.

We checked out Butterfield Stage Co.Steak .first the music was country, listening to it was nice the place was cozy. Clean. The bread (rolls) were hot,delicious. dont worry about extra butter they give you all works out . I ordered Barbecue Ribs,baked potatoes & vegetables. (The Barbecue ribs looked hungry mans meal but,no. ). The ribs came off the bone easily,just the right amount of Barbecue & it had little sliced onions on it I loved it.veggies were cooked just perfectly. My other ordered steak,baked potatoes & veggies. I took a bite of his steak was Delicious. Over all of this experience it was Delicious. Employees were polite. Come and try this establishment and you’ll agree.
