The food was full of flavour, the seafood pasta and slow roasted lamb (cannot remember the exact names) were amazing! Everything we had was incredible. Ruby was so kind and helpful, we were sitting at a table with other guests and she went out of her way to offer us to move to our own table once another space was available. A very kind gesture. Such lovely staff, made us feel very looked after and welcomed for my birthday!

Had the pleasure of dining at Busta for dinner and what a great experience. Had starters of Anchovies, Oysters (they were the best I have ever had and I’ve had plenty) and a Buratta with pine nuts. We also had a focaccia to soak up the oils and juices.
For mains we had Tagliolini (Spaghetti with prawns bisque and tomatoes) and pascal (Whole Bream, with capers, lime butter and chives). Bothe with leaf salad of Fennel, Walnut, lemon and Pecorino).
Washed down with a delicious white wine from across the ditch.
The service was attentive without being intrusive. All in all a great night.

Our first time here and we had a great time. Excellent food and friendly staff. Order lot’s of things on the menu. Everything tasted great and i’m glad we ordered a variety of the menu.

The most delicious meal we had in Manly. The food was out of this world, we had a selection of the smaller plates, two pasta dishes and then the tiramisu for dessert. The drinks were also perfect & the staff were super helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Ate here for the first time as part of a wine dinner they did with Somos wines. All of the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The wines were also wonderful and matched perfectly with each of the dishes. And the service was awesome…super friendly and attentive even at a sold out event. Already looking forward to eating here again!

Busta is always incredible! The staff are so thoughtful and careful with my anaphylaxis, which makes me feel safe and welcomed. Having worked in hospo myself, I know it’s not always easy to cater for allergies, but they do it seamlessly with kindness every time. The food is always exceptional too. A big thanks to Ruby for looking after us last night xx
