If you’re looking for your new favorite ramen shop, you’ve found it. Bushido ramen feels like a traditional ramen shop with its wooden bar, with a modern twist with its tasteful wall art and anime figures. The food is absolutely scrumptious, I got the spice vegan ramen, which was a phenomenal option for a vegetarian like myself. It had flavorful vegetables including black mushrooms, Fried Tofu, Seasoned Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts, Black Mushroom, Corn, Red Onion, Shredded Green Onion, Sesame Paste, Bushido Spicy Oil and newly added brussel sprouts which were so well seasoned! The fried tofu was actually to die for, which I feel can be hit or miss at different places. The broth was also phenomenal, not too spicy, just spicy enough, and very rich in flavor! We also got the bao buns, and subbed the fried tofu (not a menu option…yet! But it should be ;)) the staff was very attentive and kind. The waitress came by a good amount and I never felt like I was waiting for anything. The owner (I think), Victor, was also there and personally came by to say hi. He was very kind and sweet, you could tell he cared very much for his restaurant and his customers. He has big plans to improve the restaurant as well! I can’t wait to see what comes. Looking forward to coming back!

An amazing recreation of an authentic Japanese ramen shop. Spent seven years in Japan and although we have had great tasting ramen, no other location compares to what Bushido Ramen has setup. Not overly shiny or modern, but 100% what you would find off a side street in Shibuya, Shinjuku or Roppongi. We will certainly be back and am proud that the owners have brought this authentic experience to us here in the Miami Valley.

If you are interested Dayton-go here for a great Japanese food. The staff were very nice and service was good(a tad bit slow). But the food is amazing. One of the best restaurants I have eaten recently. Get their Bao- crunch on the outside and juicy on the inside. I tried the Karage Curry(I have eaten a lot of curries), the flavors are amazing and the crunchy chicken was superb. Haven’t tried their Ramen yet, but that’s for my next visit. Definitely go here if you are looking for Japanese food. Highly recommend.

Bushido Ramen is FANTASTIC!! Every single thing I’ve ever ordered was absolutely omg delicious my all time favorites are the gyōza and Bushido buns, but the Bushido black ramen bowl is a must try too! They also have delicious pork or chicken curry, fried tofu and amazing rice bowls which are super cheap and filling! Literally every single thing on their menu is excellent They also have an awesome selection of Japanese drinks, candies and snacks, as well as fun anime merchandise and figures for sale too! The staff are all extremely kind and welcoming, every single time we’ve been in there (including being extra nice to my baby ♡). This place is just 10/10 and I can’t possibly recommend them enough.

Awesome food and staff. We did counter seating last night and struck up a conversation with the owner. Very nice guy. He made sure we tried the wagyu. So good! (Thanks again). Everything I have tried so far has been excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I had driven by a few times and finally got the opportunity to check this ramen place out! Turns out they were having a special event where they flew in wagyu beef from Japan to be used in their ramen and onigiri. The broth was rich and just the right amount of fat! In my opinion, this is what makes this type of ramen so good and creamy!! The noodles were just the right amount of chewiness. The best part of certain cuisines is the balance of added flavor and the flavor of the ingredients themselves. Brought back good memories from Tokyo! It was so good I had to bring my husband back that evening so he can try it as well! 10/10 recommend!

I got the iron pot fried rice (I think that’s what it was called) and it was SO good. They were so willing to switch the pork with tofu!! The spicy edamame was also yummy. Super quick, friendly service. We will definitely be back!!!

Impressed with the portion size and the quality. You could tell the broth was made with meat drippings and not just water and seasoning. Tried the bushido red and miso ramen, both had great flavor but the bushido red was my favorite.

Best ramen I’ve had in the Dayton area. The Bushido Black ramen was delicious and gyoza were outstanding. My son really enjoyed his kid’s ramen. We’ll definitely be back!
