Great atmosphere, the remodeled lookreminds me of a slightly more elevated tavern in the square. The food was also phenomenal, I loved everything about my short rib and it’s mashed potatoes and bacon covered brussel sprouts. I would love to come back.

The food is always Amazing and the apps are great. I’ve had so many but the bang bang Shrimps are by far my favorite with the cucumber salad in the middle. The steaks are always on point and ask for gravy with the mash what a difference it makes. Will contort go back. Lots of tv for sport to watch if you like that. Great for a special occasion or birthday.

I love when I get the chance to visit Burtons, but I love it even more when I get great service! I went in last night and I will say, If you get the chance to stop by the Framingham Burtons, I would definitely suggest you ask for Taylor’s section . She knew so much about the menu and gave some wonderful recommendations. I ended up getting the General Tso bowl and a couple of the seasonal drinks that were all so delicious. I will 100% be back soon!

Caesar was good although the dressing lacked some flavors like worchestorshire, mustard, salt, garlic and smashed anchovies, the basic ingredients of a scratch made Ceasars dressing. So maybe it was decent at best. I was told it was housemade dressing but I highly doubt that. If it was the recipe book needs to be taken out and re-read.
Papperdelle Bolognese came out luke warm with a miminal amount of meat sauce and did resemble a school cafeteria lunch. Also it sat so long that when I tried to pull a bite with my fork it was a giant clump ball of pasta.
I asked for more sauce and my waiter was going to bring a side assuming I was going to toss it at my table? Is this a new thing now? Just like self checkouts? For a mid 25 dollar dish there should not be a self service option that is included here.
I then asked that they toss with with more bit more sauce but it did still look and tasted very dry, and now luke warm at best.
I flagged my waiter and asked that it be sent and asked for a new order. When my plate was returned it was nuclear hot, now I know I pissed off the cooks for them to have sent a dish back like this. I managed to take a few bites and started to feel nauseous. I did take a few wiffs of the my dinner and the faint smell of rancid meat hit the front of my nose and fell back on my pallette, It did smell off and there was no doubt about it.
I won’t go thru the conversations or lack of on my part after the manager explained that the plate was not up to standards but she took the entire meal off my bill. I also insisted I pay for my salad and left a 25.00 tip for my waiter so any ideas I was trying to get a free meal are pulled out of the equation here.
I would never come back here again and I dont like leaving negative reviews but this was a horrible experience.
Last photo is a simple google pic of what this dish should try and resemble, understandably each fse is different and will vary but why not at least TRY?? This dish lacked tomatoes base, cream and flavor. This pasta and dish should be coated with sauce but not too heavy and the meat should also have the flavors of a properly simmered sauce. This also is a basic pasta dish and pretty simple to put together, really no chance of over cooking like a Frutti di mare so I am not sure how the ball was dropped so badly here.
For a manager that came to my table. You never had a chance as your staff set the bar very low before you walked over.
There is no need to write a response here and just accept that fact that with the mixed reviews here there are many issues at your FSE from food quality, to presentations to service. The front of house of only is as good as the back of house and and both failed miserably..
Maybe the tone when set when your hostess tried to seat me behind a partition next to the rest room with three open tables further away from the urinals and toilets? Yes, very bad move on her part.

Hands down best part of my entire Boston trip. From AZ , came here for the food and THIS Burtons grill and bar, is hands down the highlight of my entire trip . I’ve had good food while here but this, takes the cake. Thank you so much for such a rich dinner and excellent service from Mitch (10/10 give this man a raise, promote him, give him whatever he wants), who recommended the dish I ordered . Best decision ever. House wine was great as well 10/10

I had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted amazing and smelled incredible, making the whole meal a real treat. Me and sister went today our first and only time. Firstly our server was terrible. She never came to ask how everything was or if we needed refills. She checked on everyone else around us and just walked by us every time. We got cokes which tasted flat. The water comes in this glass canister thing which was covered in finger marks and just plain dirty. My sister said it tasted like tap water. I refused to try it. We ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls to try I got boneless buffalo chicken wings which I did not see on the menu but asked and she said they could do it. My sister ordered the shrimp pasta dish. The eggrolls were small and tasted like they were frozen. I hit a fatty piece in mine. We only ate two and pushed the other one to the side. I got my chicken wings and I couldn’t finish it. Only the chicken with blu cheese. Had to wait about 5 mins until our server came to ask for ranch. The chicken was small and hard and some were just batter no meat. I pushed it to the side and she came and asked if I wanted a box I said no I’m all set with that with a disgusted face. My sister said her dish was good. My sister finished her drink and had to yell for our server for a refill. After I paid the server quickly came over and asked if there was something wrong with the service. Maybe because I gave her a 10$ tip which is more than she deserved. She did apologize but offered no reduced payment or if we wanted to talk with a manager. WILL NOT GO BACK!!

First time here on a double date night and had a blast. Great service and food from our server she was fantastic and the manager coming by checking in on us amazing 1st time experience. It was packed and we waited less then 10mins for a table. Drinks appetizer was fast and delicious. Dinner was amazing hit fast and tasty. It’s a must go to enjoy a drink or to take your date.
