I had a rather scathing review for missed for an issue that’s been kind of repeated but I got a call from Rudy and an attempt to fix this. Everybody makes mistakes but what makes a big difference with me is customer service and having somebody actually call to try to fix something goes a long way how you deal with something after there’s a mistake. It shows me what kind of business this and so I’ve removed my bad review and well see how this goes. A restaurant especially here in DeKalb that reaches out to a patron and tries to correct something goes a long way with me.

If you want fresh and fast food go and dine in. They have so many orders to fulfill each day and for anyone it’s hard to keep up. I have never had a problem with the food nor the service here. And sure it’s a little pricey. But what isn’t these days. The torta is my go to here. Yes it’s sloppy. But it’s Mexican food, if it’s not sloppy then they’re not doing it right. Keep up the good work burritoville

Not terrible, but just meh. I ordered a steak burrito but got a pork burrito instead. Not gonna hold that against them, I was too tired to speak up to correct it and I’m not picky. However, the pork was just chewy pork fat, and I couldn’t stand to eat more than 3 bites. Chips and salsa had a good flavor though. Many people recommend this place so maybe they just had an off day.

My mom is a friend of the owner so I come here often. I love this place so much, Sometimes they tend to get orders wrong so make sure you always specify your order and have a receipt. The food is great imo and when they do get my order wrong or take a while, they make it up to me by throwing in occasional free chips and pico. Great food for affordable prices and a wide range of stuff to get.

Now that was an experience. Firstly, music was cranked way too loud to think, service was very very very “relaxed” and we barely saw our server through most of the meal. Drinks were forgotten about, as were minor customizations. The sauces were weak and tasted more like marinara sauce. Probably won’t come back.
