This was my first visit to Burrito Caliente but I can assure you it won’t be my last. One of the best Mexican restaurants in LA. I lived briefly in Mexico and lived in a loft across the 4th St Bridge in Boyle Heights. The ladies at BC are friendly and masters of customer service. It’s easy to overlook this restaurant on Crenshaw in a small kiosk. Please take the time to go there. You won’t be sorry.

A minor took and handled my order. She was nervous, so I tried to be gentle. She was unattentive. My order was correct on my receipt, but was incorrect on the ticket that goes to the chef. I can’t read Spanish, but I know that it didn’t look right. I asked her to read the ticket she refused. I sat in the car while my bf waited for the food. Once we started driving off, after receiving our order I saw that my entire order was incorrect. When i called to make them aware of the mistake, the child said, “Oh. Okay. Have a nice Day.” I didn’t go back into the restaurant because no one speaks English besides the child. And she was rude over the the phone. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything. I just decided to take it as a loss and make a legit review.
